Experiencia negativa: Disappointed to say the least. First time home seller and should have done my homework instead of trusting a once friend. Agent tried to under price property with promise of a possible bidding war and when a bidding war started said she didn't believe in that sales techniques. Beware of possible agent/trade financial relationships for finder fees with recommendations for required repairs to complete sale. As a seller your agent needs to protect your interest not their pocket book. Read all listing agreements carefully for hidden fees. I would recommend not signing anything without having 24 hours or more to review. Avoid "misunderstandings"
