Experiencia fantástica: We loved having Alana Steele as our real estate agent. It was so nice to have someone to answer questions. She knew so much just off the top of her head and saved us a lot of time we would've spent trying to figure things out. She rewrote our proposal letter multiple times when I was indecisive of what I wanted to include/exclude. She gave us tips without being overly influential, giving us just the right amount of information to make decisions throughout the entire process. We looked at a lot of houses, and we always felt like she was happy to show us anything we wanted. She's super friendly, and we were so grateful to have her working with us!

Experiencia negativa: I purchased a minivan from an auction over a month ago. When I went to pick it up, Mike gave me the keys. The van wouldn't start. Mike told me that he put it on a trickle charger to move it. No problem, I thought. I bought a new battery and it still did not start. I had to have a friend come down from Fort Wayne (almost an hour each way) twice. It turned out that I was just not given the correct keys. I was given copies of the keys, which would not work. When I questioned Mike about it, he told me those were the only keys he had. Luckily, I found the actual keys myself in this home. How did I do that, you ask? Mike just gives the code to get into homes, so he doesn't have to go do all the pick ups. Luckily I was able to find the keys in the kitchen. Based on Mike's story about the trickle charge, that was all a lie. The van would not start without the actual keys. Next, the title. The title was last signed in 2023, signing the van over in the event of her death, to their daughter. I brought that up to Mike numerous times, once he sent a picture showing me where he put the title in the house, I realized that he clearly was not going to listen to me. Sure enough, when I picked up the title (again, he wasn't there), it hadn't been signed since 2023. Now, the van will start, but, I don't have a signed title to bring to the BMV to get registration in my name. I purchased the van over a month ago and I still can not get it registered in my name. Today, Mike texted me to see if I got my purchases out of the house (again, he would know if he was there for pick ups and not just give codes out to strangers for someone's property, which I know the owners did not approve Mike to do so, as they are family friends). When I brought up the title and keys, would you believe he said he was never made aware and it was never discussed. I was able to reference dates of texts between the two of us, where the title not being signed and keys were discussed. I could not believe that he said it was never discussed when it was in writing. I'm still trying to figure out what was so difficult about not being able to understand that I could not take the title, that was signed in 2023, obviously not to me, to the BMV Mike's response was the middle finger emoji, when I told him how professional he was being(insert sarcasm), he sent another middle finger emoji Would not recommend, unless you want Mike just giving anyone a code to get in your house. Would not recommend buying from them, unless you don't care about being able to get things in your name because you can't get a document signed properly. I'm losing my patience, as I have been a proud van owner for over a month, but, can't get it legally transferred to my name.

Experiencia positiva: Our neighbors house has come up for sale with this real estate company...so I went to their website and couldn't find the property anywhere....so I emailed the agent and it's been a week and no reply....I suggest that your website gets updated daily and your agents answer their emails....I hardly ever review and give a 3 but how do you figure you can sell a property asap with a website that's not current...I wish you success but disappointed.
