He exceeded our expectations in every way and made selling our home such a positive experience. His professionalism, communication, knowledge, and dedication truly stood out. Experiencia negativa: Called Tony Waltz on a 6/23 (Monday) in the morning to schedule a showing on a property he had listed, agreeing to his recommended time on 9/27 (Friday) at 5 pm. I arrived to the property at the agreed upon time and waited a few minutes after, but he never showed. I promptly called, but was ignored. The homeowner didn't even know about the showing. I planned on calling the following Monday, but the property was listed as "contingent" on Saturday. I checked my cell phone to see if he tried to call during the week that I might have missed, but he didn't. My experience with Bowen Agency is that the particular agent I contacted displayed unprofessional behavior. I'd like to give the agency the benefit of doubt that Tony was just showing poor character during this occasion. Should've been better.

Experiencia fantástica: We worked with Hannah as first time home buyers and cannot recommend Bowen enough. They started our journey with a very informative First-Time Homebuyers Seminar and Hannah answered all our questions every step of the way. We had to travel a few hours to see homes in our desired area and Hannah was willing to re-arrange her schedule multiple times for us to get a full day of home visits. We also had an issue with our lender before closing and the whole Bowen team worked to find us a last minute contractor to get some work done on the home to get it ready to close. Hannah nd the Bowen agency made our home buying process easy to understand and, nearly, stress free.

I know I was a pain with tons of questions, and I was incredibly needy in some respects. Matt was a pleasure to work with. He kept in the loop as things progressed, and returned calls and emails promptly! I only wish he was here in Ohio for when buy my next house. Overall you're missing out not working with Matt! I'm sorry that I'm about 5 months late on this review.

Experiencia negativa: We listed for sale by owner and while many agents offered their services, we ended up listing with Bowen because they offered a clause to allow us to continue with our own FSBO listing at the same time and if interest came from my ad, it would be treated as such. I specifically asked how we would know who gets the credit and was told if they contact me, it was obviously through mine and vice versa. This is literally why we listed with them. Of course, I get contacted from a realtor to see my house so clearly they/their client saw my ad and now what I was told was changed to well that's only if there was no realtor involved. Had this been disclosed in the beginning, we most likely would have continued FSBO and saved the extra (over)$10,000. We were in a rush to sell so I let it go and then the night before our closing my husband noticed a discrepancy in the closing docs that was about a $2,000 error. We were told that they would look into it but that the people who put this together know all this stuff better than the average person. Of course, they end up having to redo everything because my husband was right and we would've lost an additional $2,000 on top of what we already lost. After we moved we got a survey in the mail so I figured I would give the agency a chance to do something, anything, to right their wrongs and filled out the survey honestly with the above. Never heard from them which just shows me that they got their money and moved on. PROS: our house sold for an ok price, the paperwork was done, the agent was nice to work with BUT I do feel that we could have listed with literally anyone and had that same exact experience. The very thing that set them apart from the other realtors and the reason we gave them our business was a lie. For a small town, that place is FLOODED with realtors and for us there was literally nothing special about using them... except that we had to do a lot more double checking on our end.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I just recently purchased a home by in May 2020. What a year to purchase a home right??? With the Covid 19 and lay offs and all the uncertainty! But we had the most wonderful realtor Leslie Holsterman who was absolutely amazing and made the whole process of looking for a house so smooth! Shes so postive and her communication with us doing this rough time was impeccable! Any time we had a question she went out of her way to find us the answer even if it wasn't really her "job" to do so. We always felt like her top priority even though I know she had so many other people she was attending to and working with on finding their forever dream home. Leslie worked closely with our bank as well with what needed to be done to close on home. And she gave so many great recommendations on trustworthy inspectors for the home and also helped us negotiate a wonderful offer for the home we got now! Buying a home is hard and can be tricky and so overwhelming because you dont know where to start or how everything works inbetween but once you get that preapproval from your bank or mortgage broker your going to want to call bowen agency and ask directly for Leslie because she is the realtor up for the job! I dont know if you will read this post Leslie, but we couldnt have done this without you! Thank you so much!!!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I purchased a house in PA in March. I started working with Leslie before the house was listed by another agency. Leslie was very helpful and did a walk through via Face Book so we could view the house the first time. I then flew to PA and did a walk through with Leslie. She was extremely helpful during the entire process, always working with our schedules and answering questions. We had to move the closing date at the last minute, because of both states shutting everything down. The closing went smoothly even with the last minute change. We can't thank Leslie enough for her expert help.
