Experiencia negativa: There is nothing that cheapens a community more than signs everywhere. Ali Realty is the only realtor that uses signs to excess. There is open house signs on the weekend all over the corners. Sold signs left up forever, signs on the tree lawns. Howard Hannah, Berkshire Hathaway and other realtors have the good taste and sense not to do that. For that reason alone I would NEVER use Ali Realty Company. The guy must have a HUGE EGO. Get rid of all the signs PLEASE!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I used Tim Ali Realty to sell my home and purchase another home 6 yrs ago. It was painless! Patti Ross was our agent, who was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. My son went though Jim Ross to buy a home 4 yrs ago and he was awesome too! Now, my son just sold that house for over asking in less than 14 hours of listing it! Jim gave my son great advice that he followed. It's an older home, so we were concerned, but again, a great experience!! Thank you Tim and Jim!!

She gave me great advice from the very beginning, always kept in touch during preparations to list my house, she knows the market and we worked together with coming up with the right listing price. Shelia dealt with a difficult buyer, their inexperienced agent and a impossible mortgage company. That deal fell through but not due to Shelia's continuous efforts. In the long run, I just sold my house at full asking, in a not so hot of neighborhood and Shelia was there every step of the way. She even came to my house and fixed the locks when another agent couldn't get the key to turn! Shelia Lange is an Awesome Agent!!

Always calling to be sure we did not have any questions or easing our minds when things got a bit rough and confusing. After we signed the contract she stepped in with help when there were issues that needed to be handled with the seller from the inspection. She is still with us now with issues arising with the house after the fact. She was handy with names of people to help with repairs and to get things done in the house. I would highly recommend her and the agency with your purchase or sale. They stay with you. My daughter refers to her as the Fairy Godmother we didn't know we needed....

Experiencia fantástica: While Eric Tephenhart is still relatively new to real estate he conducted himself as though he had been doing this for years. If he didn’t know the answer, he sought the advice from more seasoned colleagues. He always responded to messages and would get us into houses at a moment’s notice. As expected with the current market, we were in a few bidding wars with people, but Eric put us in the best position to be able to negotiate without losing sight of what our limits were. He was thoughtful and thorough. In selling our other house, he was helpful and made sure that we received top dollar for it. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Experiencia negativa: I would have loved to give this realtor a ZERO rating but it's unfortunately not allowed on Google. I have viewed a property recently where Ali himself was the listing agent. We had interacted face to face once during one appointment and I can tell you many things about his attitude during the reception: Rude, Controlling, Snobby and Unprofessional. Just know, Money never makes human beings; it is the opposite. I decided to move on and never look at any property he or his team lists on the market. I would have bought that property had he not been the listing agent. I will never list my property with this agent even if he is able to make me ONE MILLION dollar in profit. I don't recommend this realty at all.

I called and talked to Patty and told her what I could over the phone and she set up a time for Tim to come out and do his thing. 40 short hours after the listing went live we accepted the offer for what we wanted. Patty coordinated EVERYTHING from there on out. We had some issues with buyers demands and alot of late night travels since we moved out of town but Patty allowed us to leave the keys with her so we didnt have to run back and forth again. She is a saint putting up with our frustration and anger. If I have the chance to use her and Tim again, I will with no questions. She was there all day every day to answer all questions we had (we had some dumb ones) and she had great communication over everything. When we were looking at properties, she would use her well rounded experience to give us her opinion and it made the entire experience seem so easy even though we know she was slaving away to find out certain information and make sure we weren't being scammed by the sellers. When my husband and I decide we are going to move, if she is still there I am going to request her, and every time I have a friend that seems interested in moving or thinking of putting their house up for sale, she is the first person I tell them about. Experiencia negativa: I advise anyone who is considering using Tim Ali to buy a home to read this review! I was told many things that sounded amazing but ended up being disappointed. I have had nothing but an unpleasant experience and learned that this agent Cindy Castelli is very unprofessional and untrustworthy. My fiancée and I found this house on the near Westside that fitted our lifestyle. It was even furnished and had all the landscape tools for the yard up keep. I was told that I could keep everything in the house and that I couldn’t “pick and choose” what I wanted! It was all or nothing. So I said I would take everything. Then the inspector told us that the electric box was a potential fire hazard. I thought it would be only fair if I paid out of my own pocket to have the electric box updated to standards since they said they would leave the contents of the house. The utilities in the house were turned off before they could be transferred. You would think since Cindy Castelli has been in the housing industry since 1987 she would have the knowledge that pipes could burst in the middle of December. Later Cindy said that the owner wanted to take sentimental stuff only. When we went to do the final walk through we realized they took almost all the contents of the house and we were left with very little that would be any use to us mostly we will just spend more time cleaning out unneeded things left behind. I feel that I was mislead and mistreated and will take this complaint to the Ohio Division of Real Estate and Professional licensing.
