Experiencia negativa: I would NOT recommend this realtor. The worst I've ever had to deal with, be careful who you choose, even if they're local!!!

Experiencia negativa: I woul say run from this realtor as fast as you can. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had selling my home and I have purchased and sold many homes before. If I could post a negative - 1star⭐ I would.We tried to go with a local agent but that was a mistake. Justin was the most distant in our transaction that a realtor could be. We saw him once when he listed and never again. They messed up our contract several times and his communication skills are by far the worst I could ever have. He was so consumed with his own personal endeavors that we were the last thing on his mind. And very unpleasant and unprofessional to add insult to injury before our closing. He's lucky to have the few people that work for him that are competent but not sure how this agency stays in business.

Experiencia negativa: As out of state home buyers we had hoped for a bit more hands on from our realtor. Any interaction we had with Justin was decently professional, but when he didn’t show up when we signed closing documents that was upsetting. We didn’t even hear a simple congratulations on the purchasing our SC home, until we reached out to him a few days later to tell him we closed on the house. Had he actually chosen to be more involved in our home purchasing experience he would have known what day we were signing papers etc. Instead he claimed he didn’t have enough notice. We’ve purchased and sold several homes in other states, and we’ve never had an experience like this. He came highly recommended to us, so we had absolutely hoped for a better scenario than what played out.
