Experiencia fantástica: UNLimited RE rented my property quickly and ensures all of the tenant requests are handled properly and efficiently. I appreciate the extensive knowledge Darlene and Ryan have demonstrated regarding responsible property management - they are 2nd to none!

Experiencia negativa: Landlords impossible to get in touch with trying to move in. Once in they are constantly spying and finding ways to nickel and dime you. Landlords constantly spying on tenants trying to find any way possible to keep security deposit and then revoke lease over minor unimpactful infractions like responsible smoking outside. Constantly spying via a series of cameras to watch their tenants and monitor us 24 hours a day as if we are in prison. Terrible experience. The company then erases reviews like this so people can’t hear from actual tenants who lived on their property. Hidden cameras everywhere, including cameras pointed directly into tenants private spaces through windows.

She is also very proactive when communicating with our tenants and addressing any issues that come up. As out-of-state landlords, we truly appreciate having someone we can trust to look after our property. We could not have done it without Heather. We really appreciate all that she does and are so grateful for her help and support!

Experiencia negativa: I told them I was coming from an hour away and with my baby, they then cancelled my appointment and sent me a text 30 minutes before my appointment time, As a safe driver I hadn't checked my phone until I was at the location. The only reason I was up there was to look at this house, they waisted my time, money and gas.The lack of courtesy is very unprofessional.

Experiencia negativa: Worked with Michelle for months & we chatted & texted (gave me her cell, we shared personal things, had a great rapport). I had very high hopes this company/her would be helpful & honest, as had been mistreated and/or lied to by other landlords. She said Becky would go to a house Monday I had interest in & questions. I texted this AM & I got a huge blow off & ice cold reply (oh other applications are in, will be rented "any day", first come first serve, it's only business). She's the one who offered they would go yet I was treated rudely, these mysterious applications should have been mentioned before now. My time is as valuable as theirs. She was a totally different person & attitude, believe someone higher up told her to cut me loose--maybe I was asking too many questions about the house. I got sucked in by another company who only cares about rent vs people in the end; caution is my suggestion, don't be roped in by sweet words or promises. Nothing personal ladies with the review, it's business as you say, but I'm very disappointed & dissatisfied with this total shift for no logical reason.

From our initial contact, her communication was excellent—she was always prompt, thorough, and incredibly helpful. We were moving from out of state and had only inquired about a property, but Heather took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. She carefully described the house, the neighborhood, the surrounding area, and the town in detail so we felt confident about what we were moving into. Heather also worked around our schedule and accommodated everything we needed. Since we couldn’t tour the home ourselves, she arranged for my sister to view the property in our place and made the entire process easy with clear communication about what was required for the contract and what we needed to do to be move-in ready. On moving day, Heather personally greeted us and had thoughtfully prepared the house—she even turned on the heater so it would be warm and welcoming on a cold December morning. She made sure everything was exactly as expected. Since moving in, Heather has continued to be incredibly responsive and supportive. She typically responds within hours and is always willing to help get any requests taken care of. She truly made our move to a new state seamless and has helped make our rental feel like home. We couldn’t ask for a better property manager and highly recommend her.

Experiencia negativa: Out of everywhere that we've rented, this was by far our worst experience. If you're researching property managers in Flagstaff, I recommend you find someone else. Our experience was very similar to the previous 1 star review. It was like pulling teeth to get someone to address a maintenance request. Becky gaslit us once by saying that we discussed some issue on the phone already when we never had. It took months to get a pipe in the wall replaced that was flooding the washroom, then probably 4 more months to get the wall patched and closed off. Our water heater broke in the last month of our lease. Becky scheduled someone to replace it in a week without any plan to restitute us for somewhere to take hot showers. Like other issues, we had to send multiple messages and pester Becky before she would actually address it properly. In the month prior to moving out, we were told on a holiday Friday at 5pm that there were some 13 house viewing appointments for our house in the next week and that we needed to be present, lest we wanted to be charged $75 for each rescheduling. I was out of town and my wife was working. No surprise, Becky was unable to be reached through the portal or her phone. It took leaving multiple messages at the office and a stressful weekend to address the issue the following Monday. On move-out, we got the house professionally cleaned and left it in better condition than when we moved out. Like the last review, they attempted to withhold completely unreasonable charges. They didn't give us their itemized list of charges until 14 business days on the dot past our move-out. They didn't send the actual check for over a month, which once again took us pestering them and making several demands. When I challenged some of the charges, Becky retaliated by attempting to add more charges that weren't included on the itemized deductions list. Even in the end, we wound up paying for cleaning a fireplace that we never touched (of course they did not take a picture of the inside on the move-in inspection). Besides all of that you can expect them to attempt to hike up rent each month. Like I said, look elsewhere if you are researching who to rent from.

Experiencia negativa: Our experience with UNLimited RE Property Management was disappointing. Communication was poor from the beginning— I often left multiple messages that were never returned. When we first moved in, we submitted a work order for a broken faucet. Although we were told it would be addressed, nothing was ever done. Be aware that their tenant portal automatically adds a late fee if rent isn’t paid on the 1st—there’s no grace period at all, even if you're only a few days late. When we moved out, a significant portion (34%) of our security deposit was withheld. We left the home cleaner than it was when we moved in and even did some minor touch-ups, but they hired an expensive cleaning service and charged us for it. If you decide to rent through this company, be sure to take your OWN detailed photos/notes upon move-in. Don’t count on service requests being followed up on, and be cautious—every little thing may be used as a reason to keep your deposit.

Experiencia fantástica: They say a company's success depends on its employees' hard work and dedication; when it comes to an excellent property management team, this is never more true when it comes to UNLimited RE's property manager, Heather Skye. As UNLimted RE resident tenants, my husband and I cannot commend (and recommend) Heather enough to her company and others. When we recently had an issue with our property, Heather was exceedingly responsive and communicated with us throughout the (entire) process. Heather's impressive response demonstrated her exemplary customer service skills and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Heather imparted the importance of the value she places on her clients, completely changing our experience with property management companies, and is undoubtedly a valuable asset to her company.

Experiencia negativa: Our experience renting with UnLimited RE was disappointing and frustrating. We rented a property through them for a year and a half, and we encountered serious issues with their management throughout. Lack of Consistent Property Management: During our relatively short rental period, we were assigned three different property managers, none of whom were consistently responsive besides Jisele Gilmore who was only with us for 2 months. Even simple requests, like getting our HOA guidelines, went ignored or delayed. This lack of stability and communication made it challenging to address basic concerns about the property. Incompetent Handling of Lease Termination and Transition: When we decided to end our lease early, we understood that we were responsible for giving a one-month notice and covering the lease until a new tenant was found. However, despite their control over approvals and listing, UnLimited Realty showed no urgency in getting the property re-listed and promoted. Once they did post it, the listings were poorly managed. We had multiple people showing up at our home unannounced, claiming they’d scheduled a showing – a very uncomfortable and unacceptable situation. Poor Communication on Move-Out Process and Security Deposit: At move-out, our property manager provided unclear instructions on how to receive our security deposit. We were initially told it would be direct-deposited, but it ended up being mailed to an outdated address, even though we had repeatedly requested an update. As a result, it took over 18 days to receive our deposit after moving out, far longer than anticipated. This is particularly frustrating when UnLimited Realty enforces a $100/day fine for any overdue rent payments, yet they show no urgency in handling tenant refunds. Overall, we would not recommend renting from UnLimited Realty. The inconsistent management, lack of transparency, and poor handling of tenant concerns created an unpleasant and frustrating experience. We would urge anyone considering them to be cautious, and to carefully review the lease terms and move-out conditions before signing.

She was so responsive and genuinely excited to help our family get into the house of our dreams! Jisele was able to work magic to get us a showing with about 18 hours notice because we live in Phoenix and were going to be in Flagstaff for a day to look at homes. I think she was just as excited about the home she helped us find as we were. Ultimately I think Jisele was extremely helpful, very energetic, and is genuinely just a good person.
