Experiencia fantástica: A few years back I acquired a condo for the purpose of rental income. I am a handy woman and can fix most things around a house (install floors, tiles, painting, most plumbing, etc) so I thought it would be easy. I maintained the property diligently - responded immediately if there were any issues/repairs. I did not charge late fees when most months my tenant's payments were late - and several times were months late and a couple of times checks bounced. I also had to deal with a lot of phone messages from the tenant. So I contacted RPM DuPage & had them take over my headaches. Amazingly the rent began being paid on the first of the month! Messages were cut back a lot! Thank you Debbi White! I also had an "aha" moment when I contacted Debbi about something my tenant had messaged me about. Debbi asked "why is the tenant contacting you?" After that I just referred them to Debbi. WHAT A DIFFERENCE DEBBI MADE! Thank you Debbi!

Well maintained and very nice and friendly staff. It's especially so light and bright at night. That's a big plus!! Always felt extremely safe at all times. The double bath is awesome and the walk in closet so spacious and wonderful set up. I got a lot of furniture in my place too!My landlord was extremely generous and kind always. I am only leaving the area due to my health since that's an hour away where my daughter lives- or I never planned on leaving this condo. I will miss my home here. Experiencia fantástica: I interviewed Jim, among other property managers, and was very impressed by how genuine and knowledgeable he came across. I also found RPM DuPage’s fee structure to be fair and in line with what I’d been seeing from other property managers. I did choose another manager at first, because she was slightly cheaper, but it became immediately apparent I’d made a terrible mistake and I again reached out to Jim before my tenant’s first lease was up. Transferring management from the original manager to Jim went seamlessly on his end. I continued with Jim for the duration of time I owned the property. Communication was always excellent. He was very responsive to the tenants’ needs. His industry knowledge was incredibly valuable when it came time to consider rent increases. If ever he came to me with an issue at the property he was also ready with a solution. It made being a landlord very hands-off for me and, as I lived out of state, that’s exactly what I needed and wanted in a property manager. I should also mention his staff - Dayna, then Debbi, very reliable, capable, and friendly. Whether it was scheduling annual inspections with the village or getting in touch with the HOA to address exterior issues, Jim’s team was always on top of it. After five easy years of working with Jim I decided to take advantage of the seller’s market and list my property. Jim acted as my listing agent. He made the sale process just as easy as he’d made leasing the property. He was great about explaining each of the offers we’d received and weighing the merits. We had multiple offers above listing price and the property was under contract within a couple days. I fully trust Jim had my best interest in mind on every occasion and would work with him again without hesitation.

He was great, very responsive, was hassle-free which I liked as the property owner, I have never had any issues, and the monthly financial reports were excellent and organized. The very few times I had something major or even little break in my home, I filled out a maintenance request and within hours Real Property Management had a plan made and was calling me to get scheduling worked out. They have always been so friendly and accommodating with me and I have been with them for 4-5 years now. Their willing to work with me when I have issues and are so friendly and nice when communicating with them. Honestly I wish all of my previous rental companies would have been like them. I'm going to stay in my house as long as possible because of how they have treated me over the years!!!

It was an aging house with many challenges that RPM handled well, including coordinating the remodel of the master bathroom, replacement of the furnace, removing a tree, and replacing the sump pump in addition to handling many other smaller issues. All work was done with minimal effort on my part. They made sure to be respectful of my budget for all work. They also found tenants to rent and did thorough checks on potential renters. I was always happy with the job they did. Jim Pogorelec was easy to work with, very professional, very understanding, and walked me through the necessity of all required repairs. Experiencia fantástica: I lived at the River Glen Condos for 4 years. The three agents at Real Property Mgmt were always very helpful, very responsive and professional. During my last year there I needed a couple of large appliances replaced and the management team made it happen. When my lease was up on May 31st my situation, due to the covid pandemic, was difficult because I had nowhere to go. I was allowed to stay two extra months which I very much appreciated. They are a good management team.

Experiencia negativa: Disgusting rental experience. They rented me a property that had a rodent infestation in the crawl space. Then they tried to act as if it was something that was normal. I was told that the owner has a contract with Terminex after I moved my family out of the property after moving in 1 day prior. (5) poison boxes and numerous dead rats in the crawl space and droppings was totally unacceptable. Property was rented out knowing that there was a serious problem with rats in the crawl space. Renter be ware 606 spicebush aurora Illinois. Shady business dealings.
