We began looking for an existing home but decided to investigate new home construction. Ryan guided us with his knowledge and experience. He answered texts and returned phone calls promptly. He took us to multiple showings on the same day we requested to look. He looked out for our best interests through the entire process. He kept a sharp eye on the home inspection and was able to negotiate all repair requests to be completed. He worked for hard for us and with the lender, sellers agent and closing attorney so that we could close on time. Near closing he found errors on the documents that saved us nearly $1,000. The day of closing one of our cars wouldn’t start. He came over to the home we bought and helped us get our car started. While I got it to the repair shop he stayed at the house and mowed, weedeated and used a blower to clean everything up at our new place. He gave us a very nice house warming gift. I can’t say enough wonderful things about him. And we are grateful to have had him as our agent.
