Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had the opportunity to work with Johnny Sheil three different times—twice as a buyer and once as a seller—and each experience was completely different, but equally positive. The first time I worked with Johnny was in 2022 when I purchased my first home. From the very beginning, what stood out most was his honesty. While touring homes, he wasn’t afraid to point out when he felt a property wasn’t worth the money or wasn’t a good investment for me. As a first-time homebuyer, the process could have easily been overwhelming, but Johnny made everything feel straightforward. He helped coordinate communication between the sellers, lender, attorneys, and everyone else involved, and whenever an issue came up, he helped me understand my options and guided me through it. I worked with Johnny again this year to purchase another home, this time in a very competitive market with limited inventory. In November of 2020, on the night before Thanksgiving, a house was listed that my husband and I thought was our dream house. We did not have an agent at the time and knew we wanted to see the house as soon as possible (the market was very hot), but didn't quite know how to go about doing it, especially over a holiday.
