Experiencia negativa: I want to clarify that Ron Blake, considering the concerns I will describe did act progressively to rectify difficulties and did make right in regard to the final outcome. Our experience with a particular agent, although innocently inexperienced, perhaps unintentionally left us as sellers having to coordinate with title company and our buyers (who we are very happy with) to make sure this deal got across the finish line. As sellers we had to facilitate way more communication between parties than what should have been necessary. We sat in closing for over 140 days not knowing a specific day or time of closing until the hour leading up to it. This I understand could have been the responsibility of so many teams involved, still our agent could have better handled multiple situations.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give a zero, I would. The agent, Nelda Hoffmeyer, was the worst agent in my 35 years of buying & selling real estate. She wouldn't do an open house, wouldn't update the pics, and I had to tell her what to promote. She lied about dates or just couldn't remember. You would think it was her first listing. Husband & I both live out of town. We hired a new realtor and instead of giving the new agent the keys, which she said she had on her desk waiting for us to pick up, she locks them in the vacant house claiming she wants no responsibility if something is awry in my house, now they will have keys to everything. I would say thats a bigger responsibility. And she entered a home she no longer listed to do that. Without permission. Very unprofessional. Neither of us will be in town for weeks. Sooo, I would NEVER recommend Nelda Hoffmeyer. I have nothing against CB Isaac, just this agent.

I’m a first time home buyer and the first realtor i was working with originally told me i would never get this house, 1 call to Tom and he helped me every step of the way. I gotta say an FHA 203k loan is a very lengthy process, but he was there by my side through the whole thing! And officially got the house February 2nd 2022! Thanks Tom for the amazing help and support, and selling me my beautiful home.

Experiencia negativa: Yet another Real Estate Company in the area (Hawthorne) who is quick to market to you and send you Marketing materials yet it is not important enough to get back to you and follow up. Won't be getting my listings. Very unprofessional when they claim they lost your #, computer crashed, and all the information you previously provided them. Thanks for wasting my time. I can only imagine there would be lack of any significant effort in marketing a property listing. All this after I had explained the lack of service from another Real Estate Company in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: Without solicitation, I wanted to stop by and give a raving review about my experience with Jessica Genhold of CB Isaac Realty. We were an out of town couple seeking to purchase our retirement/vacation home. Jessica was recommended to us and she did not disappoint! She was very thorough, friendly and patient. We almost dragged her around Central and Northern Fl to find our home. Of the two of us, it was my first home buying experience. It required a lot of video calls and flights to and from Florida. Nonetheless, she explained everything that concerned me. Even when the bank and title company were disorganized, she made calls on my behalf. Thank you so much Jessica for your help!

Experiencia negativa: Twice went to review a property and only once did I get turned down .I had the down payment and the security .When I told the property Mgr she ignored us . I DONT get a welcoming feeling from them. MORE like go somewhere else to get housing help.

Experiencia negativa: Set up a time for 4pm, emailed hrs before to schedule for 15 or 30 min later, same day though, but no email back, and no one was there when we got there. We have not gotten anything but a conformation email for our 4pm appt when we set up the appt a few days ago.
