Our daughter is absolutely in love with her gift and sleeps with it every night in her new room. Experiencia positiva: I had a very strange conversation with Melissa re: a property for rent in PG. I asked how many pets were allowed as that info wasn't included in the description. She asked how many and what kind of pets I had--I said 2 small dogs. She thought about it and then said "I think only one." She then said it was because the unit had no yard (in looking at google earth, it doesn't seem like any of the 4 units have a yard). Now if that is an issue why isn't the lack of a yard an issue with only one dog? I asked if it was a noise issue. She said not really, and that the one dog only policy had to do only with the unit for rent. And that the one pet per this particular unit was what the owner wanted. If the policy is only one pet, then that is what she should have told me up front when I asked my question. And that is not a problem--I get it as I've owned rentals and had clear pet policies. But I felt like I wasn't getting the truth. Wayland seems like a pretty good business, but it seemed Melissa was making decisions re: pets based on a phone call with someone (a well qualified renter) she doesn't know. At least that is how the conversation felt to me. Melissa seems like a nice young woman and was very polite, so my review is not an indictment of her character or abilities. *Update*: I thought it was very decent Ashlee called to try to clarify what happened in my conversation with Melissa (at least I thought that was her intent). So much so that I was planning to come back and change my review to five stars. I returned Ashlee's call quickly (which she chose not to return) and am disappointed she made assumptions about me and the kind of response I was allegedly looking for without even speaking to me. I asked one question of Melissa: does this rental allow more than one pet? There are a few ways of answering this question: 1) yes and no; 2) he just changed his policy and is not allowing pets; 3) I need to verify and can get back with you.There's a huge difference between a perfect answer (no such thing--20 yrs in the military taught me that quickly) and a clear, knowledgeable response which I did not get. I'm glad they've got things sorted out now, and I wish them the best on getting the place rented. It is a very nice property. One recommendation, though: take a look at Zillow, Hotpads, Trulia, as a minimum. On *all* of these sites (as of about 20 minutes ago), the listings clearly say the property accepts dogs and cats. P.S. I added a star but not the fifth because taking a shot at me--without having a conversation with me--was uncalled for. Have a nice evening. Over and out.

Experiencia negativa: "Our rental experience with this agency was extremely disappointing, both as renters and homeowners. As an Active Duty Military family relocating for my husband's NPS program, we were initially enticed by promises of discounts and smooth processes. However, the reality was far from it. Despite assurances of a refund of our application fees for being Active Duty, we never received the promised refund for our application fee. Upon arrival, there was no walkthrough provided by the agency, leaving us to discover issues like plumbing backups on our own. This lack of guidance resulted in unnecessary expenses, as we were charged for plumbing repairs that could have been avoided with proper insight during the walkthrough. Throughout our tenancy, we felt constantly on edge, fearing additional charges with every maintenance request. Despite leaving the property in excellent condition, as confirmed by the agent during the walkthrough, we were hit with unexpected deductions from our security deposit for trivial reasons like 'dead plants' and paint damage. Overall, this agency's lack of transparency, support, and fairness left us feeling incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. Military families deserve better treatment and support during relocations, and unfortunately, this agency fell short of providing that. I would strongly advise fellow military personnel to seek out alternatives that prioritize their needs and respect their service

Experiencia positiva: Not much to say...after inquiring about 2 properties I submitted an application to be considered for either home yet I never heard anything back not one single word. Even after half a dozen calls & numerous emails, I guess I wasn't good enough on paper to warrant a conversation.
