Experiencia fantástica: Jackie Review My wife and I were referred to Jackie by a family friend. We were at a point where we needed to upsize, but didn’t know exactly what we want or how much we wanted to spend. There was an underlying concern of speaking with a realtor due that fact. We didn’t want to be pressured to buy or make someone feel as if we were just “tire kicking.” We reached and the first impressive thing was she wanted to meet in person. A person to person introduction said a lot and made us feel as if we she was actually interested in what we had to say. We were brutally honest about our situation. That we wanted to start looking, but didn’t know how much we wanted to spend, the exact area we wanted to be in or exactly what we wanted. To our surprise, she welcomed what we thought would have been a challenge. She assured us she would be there for us as long as it took, and gave us a list of things we can start doing to our current home to make it more marketable. This was very comforting and showed her dedication to her clients. After almost 2 years of Jackie being very responsive to texts and calls, showing us houses and us not liking them, we finally found what we wanted. This is where we presented her with another challenge, a contingent offer. We wanted the equity of previous home as a down payment. In a buyers market, contingent offers are not always favorable, and offer strict time crunches and deadlines. This obviously raised our anxiety some. Jackie welcomed the challenge never flinching to the idea of the deal falling through. She gave us a punch list of things to get our house listed and she began spreading the word of the pre-listing. Due to her efforts we had a site unseen offer before the house was ever officially listed and once listed it went off the market in less than 96 hours. As everything was moving forward we gave Jackie another hurdle to jump over. Our septic failed at the home we were selling. This came as a major surprise as we had never had a septic issue and were very diligent to be sure we had it pumped every 2 years. To make it worse, the report was not very detailed and had conflicting information. As one could imagine this was extremely frustrating. Jackie never skipped a beat. She asked for copies of our receipts each time we had it pumped and began making calls. There were a lot of questions on our part as we worked to resolve the issue. She answered everything she could, and what she didn’t know she found out in a very timely manner. It was very relieving to have her positive attitude and dedicated work effort. Jackie is a top notch professional. She has no fear in the face of adversity and is not afraid of work. It doesn’t matter the day or the time, she will be there for you. Not only is Jackie a professional, she is a person. A very good person. You may be her client, but she will not treat you as such. She will treat you as if you are family. That is a rare quality is any sales profession in modern day.
