Experiencia negativa: Reach out and spoken to Margaret to list our home 8months ago . Margaret talk professional and very confident she could sell our home fast . We feel for all the hype and payed her a high commission rate as she quote was the best in that office. After a month or so that all proved to be nothing but hype . Calling her a getting a call back was unbelievable days later or never . We reached out to Ben Bates and even went to discuss our business issues and after that we gave them another chance. We had a few individuals that stopped as our house as they couldn't get a person to call them back per the number on the sign . Then we had a individual from Alaska stop buy also and claimed he was on hold for several minutes and then hung up . We reached out to Margaret and no call back after 3 days . Left a message with Ben and the next day Margaret called. She informed us these customers was lying and we made it clear we had enough of lies. Margaret made it clear to cancel our contract that day. WONDERFUL TO US . We informed her send us a copy of the cancellation and get the signs removed and give us our keys and remove the lock box. Still waiting for them to remove the signs and lockbox and call us back with a ETA . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS OFFICE TO SELL YOUR PROPERTY. ITS MORE OF A HOBBY TO THEM THAN A BUSINESS! WHAT A PATHETIC REALTORS

Experiencia fantástica: Thresha Taylor recently handled the sale of property for us. We were completely satisfied with every part of the experience. She was available and prompt to answer all our questions. She walked us through the process so we understood the paperwork that was involved. She made sure our property had excellent exposure in the market and helped us to get the best sell price possible.

Experiencia negativa: We worked with Stephanie Huskey, and if I could leave zero stars I would. We waited for months for her response, she never got back to us. I guess we should have known, in the beginning she couldn't answer our questions from the start. She wasn't very knowledgeable about anything, and she lied to us claiming that Florida had a state LAW that limited the amount of people that could leave in the house, what she was referring to was the two heartbeats per minute RULE that most landlords follow. There are no statue of limitations based on occupancy in the state of Florida. I would never recommend her to anyone. She leaves you hanging with high hopes and doesn't even read your messages. This is the most unprofessional realtor I have ever met.

I have participated in multiple real estate transactions since 1972, none have been as disturbing as this one. The worst realtor in the world. Experiencia fantástica: Bought our house with Sharon Daniels and Coldwell Banker Ben Bates Realtor in 2017 with excellent service and professional representation. Sold the same house in 2019 in less than a week and closed in 45 days with Sharon.

Experiencia fantástica: We were so pleased with excellent representation of our listing agent Erin Fortner of Ben Bates Realty. Appointments for viewings were scheduled each week with adequate notification for staging the house. She coordinated all of the showings and worked with a colleague to find the perfect new owners for our home.

Experiencia negativa: Coldwell is in business to get listings. I found out the hard way the top closers all work for other firms.

Experiencia negativa: My wife and I have made over ten real estate transactions over 36 years and working with these folks has to rate as the worst experience ever. If you expect promises to be kept or calls or e-mails returned in a timely manner you will be disappointed. January 2018 update: After firing Margaret Zahner for being non responsive to e-mails, messages or phone calls, we endured yet another nightmare of her making. She was the buyer's agent presenting an offer on our home. When we counter offered we never heard another word from her until four days after the expiration date. It appears that being non responsive is her trademark and don't expect any help from her broker.
