Experiencia fantástica: I loved working with Brigitte to sell our Humboldt home when it was time for us to relocate. She was always right there to answer questions and make suggestions. She definitely came in clutch during the negotiations. I would highly recommend her to any one asking. Her use of social media game plan is top notch and the reason we went with her as sellers.

Experiencia fantástica: Brigitte is so friendly! She is knowledgeable about the local area and hosted a great first-time home buyers' seminar.

Experiencia fantástica: Brigitte at Corcoran was absolutely exceptional in the sale of our late father’s property. From the very beginning, she demonstrated superb knowledge of the Northern California market, thoughtful strategy in planning the sale of our inherited home, and an unwavering level of commitment, understanding, and professionalism. Our sale was not a straightforward transaction. The property involved multiple sellers, family dynamics, quasi-probate considerations, minor repairs, and one seller located overseas. Brigitte handled every layer of complexity with calm leadership and clarity. When communication broke down at times, she stepped in proactively to guide decisions, maintain momentum, and keep everyone aligned and informed. If issues arose at the property, she quickly recommended and coordinated trusted local tradespeople to keep everything moving forward. Her ability to coordinate a long-distance estate sale was invaluable. She was consistently responsive despite time zone differences, adaptive as circumstances evolved, and ahead of every detail. Her technical expertise in inherited properties and multi-party transactions was evident throughout the entire process, and her people-management skills are exceptional. We always felt informed, supported, and confident in her guidance. We would wholeheartedly recommend Brigitte to anyone selling property in Crescent City, Del Norte County, or Humboldt County. This is especially true for those navigating inherited homes, multi-seller ownership, probate transactions, or managing a sale from out of state or overseas. She is knowledgeable, strategic, proactive, and responsive, and she brings a level of kindness and steadiness that is invaluable during what can often be an emotionally and logistically complex process. We are sincerely grateful for Brigitte’s professionalism, integrity, and leadership throughout the sale. We trusted her completely with an important family asset, and she delivered at every level.

Experiencia fantástica: I am pleased to share my experience with Brigitte in the sale of my home in Eureka. I was impressed with her initial presentation. She was knowledgeable, exuded confidence, and enthusiastic that the sale of my house would go smoothly. Brigitte was extremely helpful in making suggestions to spruce things up to make the property more attractive to prospective buyers and her input was appreciated. She worked with Lael Limber, an interior designer, to stage the house so that it looked fabulous when it was placed on the market. It looked so good I almost decided not to sell it and my friends were very impressed. Brigitte hired a talented professional photographer who did a fantastic job that surely enhanced the appeal of my home. During the course of the sale as market conditions subtly changed, Brigitte made positive suggestions to keep things going through an evolving market. As offers came in, she was extremely helpful in judging their merits and the end result was a successful sale with both the seller and buyer happy with the outcome. My kudos go out to Brigitte for her professionalism and stick-to-it attitude. I would highly recommend her to any prospective seller or buyer. Sincerely, Mark Blackwood
