Experiencia negativa: Sara went back and a handful of promises and made the buying experience much less enjoyable that what we've experienced in the past. Once the dust settled on the transaction, she hit the road, and gave us canned responses as to helping resolve our problems. I didn't feel the level of customer experience that one should receive when making the largest purchase of their lives. Disappointing.

We started our journey early in the fall and didn't know for certain that we would be buying in NH, but Juli treated us like we were a sure thing from the start. I was fortunate to work with Donna O’Donnell and she guided me through the process. My husband and I highly recommend Aubrey, for many reasons a few within this note, We recently sold our property of 130 +/- acres in Alexandria NH. Closing was in March 2021. From start to closing took 5 months, at asking price, many of the showings were in the winter months. With deep snow, and cold windy days even rain when interested persons would contact Aubrey to see the property, if they were in the parameter of our stipulations. Aubrey would drive over and meet them, and off they would go chatting and hiking, many adventures trekking about our then beautiful mountain property, Aubrey would later share, with us of the adventures. Bob and I had listed our same property yrs. ago with 2 other firms, so in comparison, Aubrey went above and beyond as some other agents do. Aubrey has a down to earth, honest and humorous + calm personality, He was very professional in all dealings we would gladly hire him again should the need ever be for us to sell or buy property. He is extremely patient explains the processes as they were to be, I had a few stressful times via not understanding information, and Aubrey would explain + say relax and no worry, it will be ok. And It was ok. Before we chose price to list at, Aubrey did research and came to our home with comparisons of many MLS listings of land; of ones that sold and others not yet, we compared lay of the land and It was wonderful he included us to be part of the decision-making process in pricing.
