We were initially looking to buy a unit at Tranquility Bay and Amy's knowledge of that resort and her contacts made her the best choice. When we decided to broaden our search to the rest of Marathon and Key Colony, Amy helped point us to similar resort properties and other units that matched our ever changing criteria. My wife and I went back and forth on different properties we were interested in and also changed our price point a couple of times (in my wife's favor). We were looking for a short term rental property we could make use of, and Amy always was able to get us previous rental history and provide a list of projected costs to compare the rental income against.
