Experiencia fantástica: I worked with Samara remotely from SWFL. We spoke in great detail about my requirements for a new home. She quickly pulled together multiple possibilities for me to review. She was always available day or night to answer any questions and if she needed to get me an answer I always had the answer the next day. I came up twice for three days and Samara would drive at least an hour to spend the whole day looking at houses with me. She took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. Even though I was in Florida she sent me new listings every few days to review. I came to trust her opinion so much that the house I ended up buying I never saw in person. We toured the house via WhatsApp. When she told me that she believed this was the house I was looking for, I put in an offer. I've been here one week now and I love it. She was 100 percent correct. I will never purchase any other property in SC. unless Samara is my Realtor.
