I had other realtors come and look at the home I wanted to sell but they did not offer any suggestions on possibly improving the home. All they did was a walk-through and stated how much the place could possibly go for. Bradley came ready for business with a packet of information on the surrounding properties that were for sale and properties that had recently sold and the asking prices and the properties that are on the market now. He also came with the full information on my property. He let me know about how he would advertise and all of what he would do to get the home sold as well as advice on what I could do to improve inside of the home to get the best price. I highly recommend Bradley Pitt and his real estate company because he will work very hard to make sure your home gets sold. His communication is very good. You can call, text, or email him and he will respond within a very reasonable time frame.
