Sivia Plough

Experiencia negativa: She will say what you want to hear to make a sale. We didn't ask for much, but this home had been on the market for over a year and she said she'd have it cleaned. She didn't do that and we paid over $600 to have it cleaned. I asked her to reimburse for a part of that cost and she's ignoring me. Would never hire her to represent us as a buyer.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been searching for a home in Arizona, particular in Yuma because of the beautiful weather and the agricultural landscape. I was lucky to find a hard working, open minded realtor that finds good in everything. Sivia knows what to look for in a home that inspectors and appraisers look for. She knows to appreciate the aesthetics of a home but she sees beyond the cosmetics of the home. She has an eye for cracks, leaks, foundations, etc , and will definitely make the buyer aware of those issues before moving on. Sivia knows Yuma like the back of her hand. She will ask you what you’re looking in a home, and she will find homes to look at. Even if you don’t know what you’re looking for, she is always willing to drive anywhere you would like. She’s a VERY PATIENT uplifting person that is a pleasure to work with. Experiencia fantástica: Sivia Plough is the most amazing person you could ever have represent your interests in buying/selling a home. Not only did she make buying my first home much less stressful. She continued to offer support well after close of escrow. The weekend I was moving in I had an issue with my water heater, I called to ask her for a recommendation for a plumber. She did not just recommend someone, she called them and sent them to my house within the hour. A month later, huge issue with my HVAC system. I was literally at my wits end in dealing with the home warranty company. I reached out to Sivia for any thoughts she might have on any options I might have. AGAIN, Sivia took my mess and worked her magic to get me help and support. Sivia is the more than an agent and provided more than I could ever have hoped. I can never repay her for all she has offered so I will post everywhere I can to let people know. If you are in the market to buy or sell your home. You MUST contact Sivia.
