As a first-time home buyer, Holly was helpful in answering all my initial questions when I was deciding on a buying agent. She has vast experience in the area and in addition to showing me properties, also took alternative routes to each and gave detailed overview and recommendations of shops/stores/restaurants in each town. I had a good idea of what I wanted in a house and read up on red flags to look for, but Holly’s expertise in identifying certain features and potential issues at each property was useful and helped me to formulate what I really prioritized (which was hard to do until I started physically looking at properties). The home buying process was nerve-wracking, but Holly was great in offering advice on how to approach each situation while also valuing my perspective. Overall, I’m very happy with my home purchase and Holly made the process much easier than I originally anticipated.
