Experiencia negativa: I was disappointed with the lack of transparency throughout this process. I was informed that upper management made the decision to deny my application, but I was not provided with any names or contact information to follow up and get a better understanding of the decision. I believe applicants deserve clear communication and a way to address questions or concerns when decisions like this are made. Unfortunately, my experience left me frustrated with the lack of accountability and communication

Experiencia negativa: Horrible management with apt buildings. Will not address any of your concerns with loud music, constant banging throughout the day by neighbors especially if it’s 6 people next door to you living a two bedroom, who also caused damage to your personal property. Would never recommend or rent from this management company for an apartment.

They’re always professional, easy to get ahold of, and they actually follow through on what they say they’ll do. It’s refreshing to work with a team that genuinely cares and takes pride in what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable property management company. Five stars!

Experiencia fantástica: Literally one of, if not the best property managements I've ever dealt with. They are friendly, they work with you in times of trouble and they are quick with maintenance and communicate very well. My unit is very lovely, I've been here for over a year. They take care of the property and listen to concerns. The only issue I have here is that its deathly cold in the colder months and the baseboard heaters aren't strong whatsoever, keeping them on will essentially do nothing except raise your electric, and ants are quite the pests in warmer months. But other than that, I'd love to work with them only from here on out, if I can!

Experiencia negativa: I’m writing to express my continued frustration with the way our HOA has handled (or failed to handle) basic responsibilities. After multiple attempts to get someone to address the overgrown grass from my neighbor’s property — which, to be clear, had grown up the side of my home — it took far too long for the issue to finally be resolved. Ironically, shortly after that, I received a warning for one piece of mail with my name on it being found near the trash bins. Needless to say, I did not take a solitary envelope to the trash area just to throw it on the ground. It’s disappointing that the HOA seems to overlook basic community maintenance, yet has ample time to issue notices over something so trivial. The priorities here appear misaligned — fast to fine residents, yet slow to uphold the standards we are all paying for. I would hope moving forward there is more consistency and accountability .

Experiencia fantástica: I lived in Delaware at one of their property for 2 years and only left because I moved to a different state. The management is grea, especially Yves. He is always available to help with any question I had, including maintenance. I will recommend this place.

Experiencia negativa: The following claims with dated photos and emails evidence substantiated. • November 5th, 2021, my move in date my son was 2 years old at this time. After I received the keys from Abbey no one walked through the house with me. • Abbey F. Limitless property manager left immediately after handing me the keys. My son and myself fell down the back door stone steps due to them being loose. I reported loose steps 10/21/2021 when I was present for a tour at 127 Tennessee Avenue. I was reassured by Abbey F. and Heather Sinclair (Limitless property managers) All my concerns will be fixed before moving in date of 11/05/21. The fall caused head trauma and swelling in the back of my 2-year-old head. I am suffering with Annular tear of lumbar disc permanent damage. As of 4/09/24 my medical condition changed, and I am on FMLA. November 2022, I reported to Limitless property manager I have no heat the furnace is not working. December 2022, I reported to Limitless property manager I have no heat the furnace is not working. • January 29, 2022, I reported to limitless property management my washing machine was not worker. • February 4th, I followed up with Heather Sinclair, Limitless property manager asking when will the washing machine will be fixed. • February 10th 2023, I followed up with Heather Sinclair, Limitless property manager again asking when I will be able to wash clothes again. • October 20, 2023, I reported to Heather Sinclair, Limitless property manager the toilet is leaking and flooding down to the kitchen over my sink and dish washer, the kitchen lights, countertop and floor. • March 8th, 2023, I reported to Heather Sinclair, Limitless property manager the toilet is leaking and flooding down to the kitchen over my sink and dish washer, the kitchen lights, countertop. • March 9th 10th 11th and 12th I reached out to Limitless property management to follow up with the pluming. • March 20th the Plumer was finally sent to my address only to check out the problem. Repair was still not completed. • March 29th pluming was completed I was able to flush the toilet again after reporting the flood 3-8-24.​ • April 14th, 2023, the ceiling fell down in my toddler’s room. Debris and nails where all over my toddler’s toys I attached photos. 11/17/23 reported I no heat to Heather Sinclair Limitless property manager. I reported I had to turn the oven on to heat my home up for my son and myself. The maintenance man would arrive to my home to light the furnace. Then it would immediately blow out. • April 7th, 2023, I reported to Limitless property manager I have no heat. • April 8th, 2023, I reported to Limitless property manager I have no heat. • April 9th 2023, I reported to Limitless property manager I have no heat. The reported continued the entire month of April. • 5/2/23 I reported to Limitless property manager I have no heat the furnace is not working. By • I reported to Limitless property management LLC there is No heat in 127 Tennessee Avenue the whole month of November 2023. I reported it to Heather Sinclair Limitless property manager. • December 1st Heather Sinclair, of Limitless property manager LLC sent the warranty company to look at the furnace after I repeatedly informed her my son and myself are freezing. I also informed her about the danger with using the oven to heat the home up. December 12th, 2023, HVAC installers informed me the heater they are removing is 45 years old and it’s the kind that needs to be manually lite to heat up my home. I received a new heater 12/12/24. February 21,2024 HOT WATER heater busted and flooded the basement around 6:00am. I had to call off work. I reported this incident to Heather Sinclair, of Limitless property manager LLC and sent a video she resond by saying who is this? The company needs a customer service, nintegrity and ethics train course every three months!

Any thing that needed to be fixed was done in great timing. My only concern which is my only concern is most everything is done on line and I’m not very good with computers. I had one mix up because I didn’t know how to get on line. I text and was send the wrong thing. Jessica is awesome. P. S I’m over 60 lol. Really not good with computers

Experiencia negativa: I will give them credit for backend services such as automating the process to collect the payment and sending the 5-day notice. They need to be reminded to perform tasks such as walk throughs of the property, tenant move out, and handling evictions. When a tenant was supposed to move out they never checked the property for two and half weeks and I had to do so. If your tenant is late on payment don’t expect them to manage this.They Never filed for an eviction and was not honest about doing so and couldn’t provide proof. Cost me thousands of dollars. Will not be responsive and will make excuses for doing so. Unreliable and will not recommend.
