Experiencia fantástica: We had an incredible experience with North Beach Realtors, especially Grace and Erik! From start to finish, Grace and the entire team were responsive, helpful, and made everything incredibly easy. Check-in was quick and seamless, and all of the information pertaining to the condo was clearly documented and easy to understand. Even the housekeepers were friendly and welcoming! We stayed at Camelot 804B, and the unit was even better than the photos. The wonderful upgrades were a very nice surprise, and the condo was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect and made everything so convenient. We only have two small suggestions: adding a little more balcony furniture would be great, as there were only two chairs for a unit that sleeps six, and the master bedroom didn’t seem to get quite as cool as the rest of the condo. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend Camelot 804B and North Beach Realtors. We would definitely stay here again!

We love going to Ocean City every year, and they always accommodate our needs. They are always polite, responsive, and super friendly when dealing on the phone or email. I can’t even imagine some of the low star ratings on their site— they continually accommodate our needs and wishes very promptly, and with great professionalism. I cannot imagine a better place to deal with for our OC vacation needs!!

Experiencia fantástica: This was our first time using Sea Grace @ North Beach Realtors for our yearly Ocean City Md family vacation. Grace was wonderful to work with. Always smiling and very informative. The entire process was very easy from check in to check out. All the information given to us was accurate including the description of the rental unit and supplies that we would need to bring. The rental was extremely clean and well stocked with dishes, glasses and small appliances. And it didn't hurt that the weather was beautiful the whole week. We hope to work with Grace again next year.

Experiencia fantástica: We first rented from Grace in 1992. Grace has always been nothing but friendly, professional and accommodating. We have rented different houses at all times of the year and the customer service is always great. Grace returns calls and emails in a timely manner. She goes the extra mile by when she is not in the office she has calls go to her cell phone. On the occasion where something is not right she immediately has things taken care of. She also will let us know if we can get into our rental early. We love the hometown feel that Grace, Erik and North Beach Realty offer. We will continue to use them for our rentals and maybe one day a purchase!

Experiencia fantástica: This location is Amazing-wrap around deck right on water. Spacious living room. Clean. Nice bedrooms. I like having the laundry room to store my coolers & extra stuff. There are games for a rainy day. There is a kayak but no paddle. A gas grill to BBQ. There is an old boat but does not appear to be usable. Kind of an eyesore. Quiet area. The Montego Bay community is beautiful. We loved the house! Great price for location & 4 bedrooms.The realtor is great to work with. Friendly. I have been renting from them several years & never a problem. Units are always ready early. I appreciate that.

Experiencia negativa: I waited to post anything on here to see if the owners of the rental company or actual owner would respond to our letter. However, that never happened. So here it goes. We rented a unit from Our Place At the Beach from Aug. 13 til Aug 21, 2022. It was about $2500 total. We were called early to say the unit was ready that it had just been cleaned. When we arrived it was not cleaned. It smelled horrible and was absolutly filthy everywhere. I have photos to back this up. We called and got no answer so I sent an email and was told someone would be by to re-clean it. Someone came by but yelled at the other cleaner the whole time and asked me if they needed to clean or did I already do it. I'm not sure what they did because it was still horrible. No one should even be allowed to stay in a place this dirty. Beware renting from this company. I never got a response from anyone so I hope this helps someone make a decision to NOT rent from them. They should be ashamed of themselves!!

I had the pleasure of renting through her many years ago and was a tenant for 5 years. I never had any problems with having her as a property manager of my rented residence. I was nervous because I had booked before everything happened and I didn't purchase the insurance. I didn't have to worry about that even after my original place decided they didn't want to rent to people this year. This was my first time using them to rent for the week and i am so happy I did. Thank you we had a great week at the shore!

Experiencia negativa: My daughter stayed here. This was her first vacation rental on her own. My husband and I gave guidance Via FaceTime. We inspected the unit with her at check in and we also inspected the unit with her at check out Via FaceTime. My concern comes in after checking out however. She received an letter stating that she had dropped and busted bedroom tv. I followed up with a phone call to the realtor to find out the details. She stated the tv worked when she checked in and didn't when she checked out . Now keep in mind this is an older TV that had a loose cable on the back that had to be wiggled in order to get reception and volume during her stay. She didn't think anything of it, just figured it was an older TV, didn't really watch TV that much, didn't report it to the the realty company. I explained this to Grace and told her the tv was not dropped/ or busted and worked. "Not great but worked" Overall I am very concerned that if something stops working even though you had absolutely nothing to do with why it stopped working or malfunctioning that overall you will be paying for the tv/appliance. There was no evidence, no pictures, no email,no phone call to contact my daughter in regards to this. She received nothing but the invoice stating that she was being billed for the TV. She checked out on June 22 and the TV wasn't purchased until June 26 somethings not adding up here. This doesn't seem quite right to me. I would not recommend renting from the realty company... Dishonest!

We were 4 hours away so she made sure she was available when we were going to be in town. We also rented thru them. Check in and check out were always smooth. The staff answered all of our questions. Glad we found Grace.

Between the unsanitary conditions of our rental, having to get threatened to pack our stuff up and be out asap and to find another place, all while trying to enjoy a vacation. You told our credit card company we left because of the " nor'easter " . Funny ....we stayed the rest of our vacation at a actual clean rental and did not get the run around and had to spend more money to find a place . Lying stating we had more than the maximum number of people in the house again which is wrong. Maybe if you worried more about the cleanliness of the places you rent and not try to run out of your office away from your issues you would have cought the months of black mold growing around all vents and all other places in the rental not just as you say " where the sliding glass doors were " . You would think for being on the chamber of commerce for ocean city you would be very professional in dealing with customers . And don't bother me with threatening messages to contact you directly you clearly gave us the run around then and are not any way shape considered a professional person in the rental business.

Experiencia negativa: Our place was covered in black mold throughout the ducts and walls, we were told to leave when we contacted the agent, everybody got sick, we were only partially refunded our many. THe owner was very rude about the whole experience. we are out a lot of money they refuse to give back. totally disgusting .

Experiencia fantástica: LOVE THEM!!!! had a great experience with a vaction with them! We ended showing up early for check in and they worked hard to get us in. Our rental place was gorgeous and right by the water. We thought we were going to have to spend an arm and a leg but it was pretty fair. Their staff was SO nice and they made our stay pleasant and like we were staying with family! I felt like we were kind of high maintenance guests but they didn't make us feel that way. They told us where to go and what to see and it was nice to get a "local's perspective". We will DEFINATELY use them again!!!

The check in staff were great and they gave us a bunch of good information with huge smiles on their faces (such refreshing attitudes~). Our condo was CLEAN!! We had used another company in the area before and we had a cleanliness issue that wasn't resolved and it was a nightmare. We had a slight booking error (on our part) and they worked to help us get it fixed as quickly as they could! We can't thank them enough for making our vacation as hassle-free, fun and getting us a GREAT condo for an affordable price! We will definately use them again next year!!
