Hilton Head Properties R&R

Experiencia fantástica: The condo was a great location. It was very roomy and had been updated. The thoughtful provision of so many extras was great. Would have preferred more washcloths and towels. The free extras- bikes, golf, umbrella and chairs were great! Our only complaint is we needed more washcloths and hand towels. We would definetely like to book again. The staff at Hilton Head Properties were very helpful and kind. Great place to stay!

Experiencia fantástica: Great rental experience that is well managed with regular updates before renting and has many additional features.

Experiencia fantástica: The condo was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful when I called with a question. My family and I will definitely be back next year!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent agency and first class to work with! Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: We had a very bad experience with another property and ended up moving to Hilton Head Property and WOW I can’t believe how beautiful and clean the place was and the people were so empathetic and amazing -there was not one negative thing I can say -the place was gorgeous spacious and every cabinet closet and drawer were so organized and neat - the pool And beach were awesome and the staff was very responsive ! I would stay here again!

Experiencia fantástica: The house was beautiful and it was a short walk to the beach with a pool a few houses down! It was a great location with shopping close by. Would definitely stay again!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to stay we loved it! Host were awesome and very responsive! The actual condominium we stayed in was very nice exceeded our expectations! Loved location!

Experiencia fantástica: Our family had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Palmetto Dunes over the July 4th holiday. The house was spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect—an easy walk or bike ride to the beach with quick access to all the wonderful amenities Palmetto Dunes has to offer. We appreciated how comfortable and well maintained the house was. It was the perfect place to gather as a large family after spending our days at the beach, biking, and enjoying all that Hilton Head has to offer. The home provided a peaceful and welcoming retreat! Hilton Head Properties did a terrific job of responding to all our questions and needs the entire week! We will definitely consider returning to this beautiful getaway sometime in the near future!

Experiencia fantástica: The house was clean, spacious. The appliances looked new and worked well. The beach view was beautiful, and the staff was very helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Great location. Big house for a group of us.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent location, view of the beach, and amenities! Super easy check in and check out! My family had a blast!

Experiencia fantástica: We had a wonderful family vacation at this Hilton Head condo! It was the perfect size for our family of six. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect for short walks to the beach. We highly recommend this property!

Experiencia fantástica: Great location and cute house! 5 minute walk to the beach and pool right across from the house. Beautiful lagoon and wildlife views from the back porch. We have stayed in Sea Pines for decades and there has been no better rental experience than with Hilton Head Property Rentals. We highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: We have rented from just about every rental agency on Hilton Head Island. Hilton Head Properties is among the best. As an example, our rental house which was beautiful, didn’t have enough clothing hangars. We sent a text and within an hour we had a plentiful supply. Communication was great throughout including the lucky for us early arrival and late departure. Highly recommend HHP.

Experiencia fantástica: We spent an absolutely perfect week recently in one of the Hilton Head rental condos. The staff could not have been more accommodating and accessible. In fact, we are already set to return to the same condo for three weeks in the spring. It was furnished beautifully; we lacked for nothing. Every detail was covered. And the view was fabulous!

Experiencia fantástica: Stumbled upon this great location from the recommendation of a friend. The grounds and all associated facilities are beautiful and well maintained. Easy access to the pool and a very nice beach area and many outstanding restaurants and stores in the immediate area. Our unit was clean and perfect for two couples and the follow up texts and emails made check in and check out so easy! See you next year!

Experiencia fantástica: We rented a property in Sea Pines from Oct 15th. Working with the HH Properties team has been a pleasure, before and after arrival. They went out of their way to address all questions and needs we had. Property was exactly as advertised, and people on site were customer-focused and friendly. We appreciated how organized they were, from pre-arrival info they shared about the property and the island, and also the welcome package received upon arrival. Will definitely work with them in the future. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic customer service. Personal and efficient.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience renting with Hilton Head Properties R & R. We will definitely rent from them again.

Experiencia fantástica: A great location, very clean and maintained. Beautiful view from the balcony. Very friendly staff.

Experiencia positiva: We have stayed at Sea Cloisters many times but this was our first time in 303. I'm sorry to say that this is our least favorite unit. The unit is decorated very nice & bed (king) is very comfortable. However, this unit needs some work. First of all, there is no ice maker, ice cube trays etc!h! This should be listed on the website!! The patio door handle from the bedroom to the balcony is falling off and the master bathroom shower looks like it was done halfway. Sea Closters is a beautiful property & the view is fantastic. This unit just needs some updates.

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic Condo. The best views of the ocean on this Super Large Deck. Kitchen very well stocked with kitchen ware , Excellent Sheets & Towels including beach towels. Will stay at this until again.

Experiencia positiva: We had a wonderful stay and it is a great condo! (unit 505) Our only complaint is the mattresses in the loft were not comfortable. For kids, they're probably ok. But for full-grown adults, it was not comfortable; two people chose to sleep their last night on the living room couches because of this.

Experiencia fantástica: 19 Dune Lane. Perfect size house for our family. LOVE the location! Extra ice machine was a huge bonus too. Excellent spaces both inside and out to gather for meals and games. The kitchen wasn’t well equipped for cooking meals but we were able to make it work. Definitely need to replace manual can opener.

Experiencia positiva: We stayed at Sea Cloisters, Unit 310, and getting through the entire week on those beds was miserable! We love the Sea Cloisters location itself, but depending on what Unit you get you will have a very different experience. I don't think it's unreasonable to have decent mattresses when we paid thousands of dollars to stay here. The living room furniture in this unit was not great either, very worn out. This unit desperately needs an upgrade.

Experiencia positiva: The location of this complex was great and included nice amenities. The complex was quiet and kept up nicely. Our specific unit is in need of upgrading and repair In the kitchen and both bath rooms. There was no ice maker in the refrigerator, a necessity at the beach. The main bed was very hard and uncomfortable for us. Both bedrooms could do with one dresser to make them less crowded. The recliner In the main bedroom is not needed and does not match aesthetically. The living and dining room furniture were both comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and could overlook most items.

Experiencia positiva: 2413 Windsor Place II is a nice, 2 bedroom condo that provides a great view of the courtyard, pool, and ocean...but trees do block lots of the view. The living room and kitchen are well-appointed. The faux wood flooring in both these two areas is a nice touch that provides an upgraded look. And I really liked that someone left instructions how to use the two cable box/router and tv remote controls. Kudos to whoever did that! INEXPENSIVE SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS: The small, round table on the balcony needs to be replaced. I texted the rental office to advise them that someone prior to our arrival had apparently placed a very hot pan or pot on the table top and melted the plastic top. It was not replaced while we were there (no big deal), but it looks bad. In addition, I noticed the glass shade with the floor lamp in the living room was broken/shattered in certain spots, leaving very jagged edges. My guess is sometime in the past it got banged against the wall and part of the glass broke off. This should be fixed or replaced. There was no vacuum cleaner in the unit. We like to keep the place clean and I took care of this by asking the rental company to deliver one...which they did. I used it several times during out stay. Whoever delivered it left it in the large shipping box it came in and I had to assemble the vacuum. Not a big deal, but I was a bit surprised it wasn't assembled for us. Both bathtubs are very slippery and should have non-slip strips laid in them to prevent accidents. One of the bathroom sinks drains very slowly and should be unclogged. None of the mattresses or box springs are encased with protect covers to mitigate problems with bed bugs. Protective covers are inexpensive yet they can save the owners and guests a lot of headaches and expenses. I'm really surprised protective covers are not required in all lodgings. EXPENSIVE SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS: The carpet in the bedrooms and closets looks pretty dated and worn. Replacing it with faux wood flooring like the living room and kitchen would really improve the unit. And both bathrooms look tired; they may never have been updated. SUMMARY: Everyone likes to get a good bang for their buck, and condo 2413 provides that. But if the suggested improvements are implemented, this unit could really be a stand-out.

Experiencia fantástica: The house was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable! So many personal touches that made us feel at home. The whole family truly enjoyed and loved the property and grounds. A great time was had by all.

Experiencia fantástica: We had an amazing experience at this place.Location is great, right on the beach front. Swimming pool is big, very clean, well maintained. The condo itself is very neat, well organised and spacious. Host was very responsive and helpful. We had absolutely wonderful time. We will be back again.

Experiencia fantástica: We stayed at an amazing property in hilton head. Hhp was super responsive and helpful to all our needs. Their staff was amazing. Will definitely use them again!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great vacation at this condo. Great location and a small condo environment which is great for quiet days at the pool or beach. Very clean and we’re going to look to stay here again next year. Needs could use to be replaced with new pillows.

Experiencia fantástica: Place is great! Nice beach and swimming pool. The house was ok, except the grill, very dirty. No conditions to use it.

Experiencia fantástica: The Villa was perfect for the 6 of us. The BR/BA setup was ideal. Living area on 1st floor was huge and the kitchen was adequate for our needs. Loved the back deck overlooking the lagoon and we used the grill a couple times. Pool was about a 4 minute walk and the beach about 7 minutes but a little rougher trek with the steps/ramps and then uphill through the dunes and then the beach. The time to the pool and beach could be attributed to our Villa being the 1st complex in Huntington. All considered this unit was exceptional and will consider it again next year.

Experiencia fantástica: We go to Hilton Head Island often and usually through Airbnb but this time I went directly through HHP and they were extremely helpful and answered every call and went way beyond to help meet our needs. We had left some items behind and they shipped them immediately. Josh was our main point of contact and it was honestly refreshing to see this type of customer service. Truly exceptional.

Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful place!! Tons of room and close to everything! Very neat and clean ! We had a great time!

Experiencia fantástica: 2nd straight year we have stayed at this condo. Very comfortable and all the amenities. The greatest thing about this location is convenience to beach access.

Experiencia positiva: Overall it was good. The unit and grounds were nice and well kept. Some improvement could be made with the toiletries. The non-lathering soap disc and tiny amount of shampoo were not great. Otherwise, very nice

Experiencia fantástica: We enjoyed our stay on Hilton Head and our condo in lighthouse villas! Hilton head properties was excellent to work with, clear communication, we felt comfortable using them. Xplorie was a great benefit- we enjoyed the golf, bikes, beach chairs! The condo was excellent- clean, well stocked, very nice comfortable furniture and classic decor. Great location within sea pines. We hope to stay there again!

Experiencia fantástica: What a wonderful home for a family. Teenagers had a sitting area outside their room and a balcony to enjoy. The weather was too hot to enjoy the beach except early mornings or late afternoon/evenings. But they all enjoyed swimming in the pool or lounging around it any time of day. The communication was great regarding any questions we had. The kitchen lacked for nothing. The free cruiser bikes and chair/umbrella rental was a plus, as well as free activity offers. Would definitely rent again.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough good things about this rental company. Communication was SO good and they were very responsive. I also loved the free activities/equipment. We enjoyed the bikes and beach chairs.

Experiencia fantástica: I would stay at 108 Sea Cloisters again in a heartbeat. The location close to the beach and pool, the balcony overlooking the dunes, the spacious bedrooms and living quarters and every amenity was perfect for our family which included 18 month old twins. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Hilton Head Properties was so responsive and offered so many recreational opportunities. Rentals were dropped off at our location which made it even easier.

Experiencia fantástica: After our originally rental condo got yanked for unknown reasons, we scrambled to find somewhere to stay and Hilton Head Properties came through. They were great to work with. Ensured that we had the 3 parking passes needed. The property was great. Our first time renting with them and highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Property is well maintained and attractive. Only issue is the dryer doesn't dry well,

Experiencia fantástica: We've been coming to Hilton Head Island for over 50 years and have stayed at many different spots. Everyone deemed this one the best of them all. Amazing location if you want easy beach access. Walkable/bikeable to Coligny, but beach isn't crowded at property. Great pool and covered area for being outside, but not always directly in the sun. Easy storage of bikes (rented), corn hole (brought) and beach chairs within the garage. Fun pool toys that were onsite. Ping pong table in this area, plus couch and tv, fridge and ice maker. Ability to have family dinner inside or out. So many decks off different rooms with great chairs to just relax and watch the tide come in or out. Beautiful family room with plenty of space to watch beach with large windows. Great beds. The most beach towels ever provided. Good open kitchen (we cook in most nights). Deck between pool and beach to watch the stars at night. One suggestion, bring red light flash lights with you during summer months bc turtle nesting. We actually got to see them inventory a hatched nest one morning and they found 3 baby turtles that they released to the ocean right by rental. Hilton Head Properties also communicated extremely well and responded promptly to any questions we had.

Experiencia fantástica: Our vila was beautiful and very comfortable. We would definitely rent again.

Experiencia fantástica: This was our second time staying here. It is a perfect location to the beach and we’ll set up with everything you need for a fun stay.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a wonderful stay here. Great amenities and private access to the beach. Such a wonderful and responsive service team. They quickly addressed all questions and concerns. I wish I could give more stars!!

Experiencia positiva: The kitchen in the unit was updated and had a lot of room! Having 3 bathrooms with the 3 bedrooms was also nice! The bed spreads and furniture could use some updating, both in the living space and on the balcony. Overall, nice stay.

Experiencia fantástica: We had a great experience renting from Hilton Head Properties R&R. The communication leading up to the stay was great. The property was clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation!

Experiencia fantástica: Hilton Head Properties has been my property manager for 5 years and in that time they have always been there for every need. Whether the tenant or I needed assistance with anything they always acted promptly and with exceptional results. I enjoyed working closely with Scott Martindale. His professionalism gave me comfort knowing I was in good hands.

Experiencia fantástica: 37 woodbine was a beautiful property, and I highly recommend staying here if visiting the Hilton head area.

Experiencia fantástica: Best location! Great communication!

Experiencia fantástica: Great place and terrific staff - super helpful!

Experiencia fantástica: Fabulous beach home! Perfect for a family vacation!

Experiencia fantástica: The condo was very clean, matched the picture and was in a great location for beach access! Our family had a great time!

Experiencia positiva: Great place to stay. The complex just needs ramps to the ocean instead of steps only.

Experiencia fantástica: great location, great house, great/responsive management company

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice villa, clean, lots of room, close to beach, shopping and very nice pool. Great for family

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome!!!! This condo was everything you would want and/or need at the beach. Kitchen fully stocked, beach chairs, cooler, toys, etc. it was such a pleasant experience. We would definitely stay there again!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Great company to work with!

Experiencia fantástica: Robbie and Jane are EXCELLENT! This market is thin...you need people representing you who work hard and know what they're doing. They got us a great house for a fantastic price in a little over a month!

Experiencia fantástica: Robbie Bunting and Jane Hyers represented us in both the purchase of our new home in Indigo Run and the sale of our home in Hilton Head Plantation.. they were always making themselves available to show the best property’s in our price range. I have never seen two Real Estate Agents work so hard and know the local market as they did. We lost two houses along the quest, but in the end we got the most beautiful property with a pool/ jacuuzi and a stunning golf course view for a fair price. Robbie and Jane went far beyond what I expected from an agent. Their knowledge and ability about the local market was phenomenal. They have my highest recommendation. William Shank

Experiencia fantástica: Robbie Bunting and Jane Hyers are absolutely the best! If you need real estate service in Hilton Head, call them today! Your dreams can come true!
