He did multiple video home showings until we could fly up and see the houses in person. We had some mixups in the beginning with forgetting we were in different time zones but Michael navigated our scheduling with ease and patience. He did alot of legwork for us that we could not do being in another state, like helping us hire a home inspector, find pest testing services etc. We were on a cash budget, but he helped us find a beautiful brick home in Port Isabel that we are thrilled with and assisted with negotiating a great price!
