Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend agent SAVEE BAKR!!! She literally was a lifesaver & God sent. My husband and I had been looking for a rental home for over a month, hitting dead ends & we’re not having much luck. We inquired about one of Savee’s listings and decided we did not want that particular home. She stepped right in and offered assistance and immediately hit the ground running to send us listings fitting the criteria we asked for, went on multiple showings, stayed in complete communication even late at night just to give us a peace of mind that we would have a home soon! I cannot express the gratitude and appreciation of Savee’s commitment to helping us find a rental home with a limited time frame & the professionalism she showed throughout the process. When a sales team is more focused on partying than doing their job, maybe it’s time to decide whether you want to sell houses or be a party-girl influencer. The company clearly supports this behavior, which says a lot about their standards. Haile is showing her age not her class.

Experiencia negativa: If you're looking to sell a house I would recommend looking elsewhere. Clearly they don't train their agents to do their jobs, to care and to be respectful. I called their agent PARKER HALL after their broker gave me his cellphone number becase he sold a house on the same street I was looking to sell a house in. I just told him my name and that I was looking to sell a house, he responded: "I'm not interested" and hang up on me. There are many other brokers and agents, you're better off finding another one.

They were insistent and used intimidation tactics to have us sign a 1 year contract before meeting and getting to know each other. How do I know if they're the right realtor for me? Guess we'll never know..

Doesn’t know how to talk to people and her exact words “tell them to be more aggressive with the offer or don’t bother.” I get it’s her job to sell a house but not at that cost. As first time home buyers that definitely shocked us coming from someone called a professional.

Once you get to know him he becomes more like Kung Fu Panda: you don't know how he got the job done. The other agents are still in the corner beating themselves into submission. Seriously, though, Chris is a good guy. He's also refreshingly genuine. I know twelve agents in the area but I'd count on him if I needed to buy or sell another property in or around Denton or Collin County.

Experiencia negativa: I went to Keller Williams mid December to look for rentals in surrounding areas due to a job relocation which we would have to be moved to in January, instead got POOR service from our realtor and their owner, I literally had to find all the rentals myself and showed to the realtor what I wanted to see and specifically asked to see more houses in a day on those days we made appointments. (we only saw 2-3 for one day when we asked for more.) on top of that they told us we could apply for a lease so we wouldn’t lose our opportunity with a house and STILL could continue our search for a home we really wanted to have rather then settle and got told we were wasting THEIR TIME, THEIR GAS and THEIR MONEY after we let them go, in text from our realtor and owner which is unprofessional if Real estate is your business! We drove 3 hours ever weekend for a month to be told this and still got nothing out of it but rude texts about wasting their time! We went there to find a home not to be friendly or have my time wasted. I would strongly suggest how you treat and talk and text your costumers. I don’t recommend them.

They tried to push their properties that were not selling. We wanted to offer $20k over asking, but they discouraged us, and assured us 8k was good enough. We were outbid, and they quickly try to push more expensive less desirable properties that they were trying to sale. We went with another company and they were able to get the original house we wanted... we are very happy in our house now, but what a huge stressful waste of time with these people. Thanks for nothing.

THEY EAT THEIR YOUNG HERE BEWARE!!!! CONTRIBUTED $7,357.60 AND IF YOU ARE IN BUSINESS THAT IS A LOT O MONEY IN 90 DAYS. THEY STILL WANT MORE NOW THAT I HAVE LEFT. MOST BROKERS SIGN A RELEASE AND SEND YOU ON YOUR WAY BUT NOT KW CENTRAL. THEY WANT IT ALL!!! REAL ESTATE IS SHIFTING SO BE SMART, THE DAYS ARE OVER FOR THE 50/50 SPLITS. I WORK WITH BUYERS THAT I MARKET TOO ON MY ON DIME!!! GOOD LOOK AND RUN FROM KW CENTRAL!!!

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I could not be any more happy with the service which was provided to us by Keller Williams Realtor Elizabeth Wicker who works from the Richardson Texas Office... Elizabeth rolled up her sleeves and did the work required to help sell our house. And she assisted us in the purchase of our new home as well... The three qualities I learned that Elizabeth possesses which makes her very successful and allows my wife and I to feel very comfortable in highly recommending her are: 1) Her intimate knowledge of her profession and the skill set to easily navigate through it on our behalf... she was able to answer any questions we had which educated is on the process we were going through... 2) Her attention to detail from making recommendations on staging to completing all paperwork from the beginning of the process to closing... a side note - she bought with her money a few items she thought would enhance the staging - and - brought a couple of chairs from her home as well. 3) She was committed to - Communication - at no point throughout the entire process did we go more than 2 days without some type of pertinent communication from her, which confirmed - she was working for us - Elizabeth Wicker is a Realtor/worker and if anyone out there is looking for someone who really works hard her clients, my wife and I highly recommend her... The young man has a harsh and defining temper who thinks it is okay to threaten to kill or harm women and others. For safety purposes I would recommend uses another agent during your home shopping process if possible.

I went into the process knowing nothing about buying a home or the financial process. Courtney was able to recommened an awesome Lending team and was helpful through the process. He went above and beyond afterhours sometimes until 9:30 pm sending me new listings i qualified for and answering my long lists of questions. At no time was he pushy or impatient. Courtney was very resourceful, he was able to recommend contractors for very decent prices. He was great when it came time to negotiate after the seller failed to keep his end.
