Experiencia negativa: The agent I had Ramona Boone was very unprofessional, she didn’t get back to my agent about the property I was interested in and then all of a sudden the property was listed as pending, there was no communication to me at all that the seller didn’t accept my offer and that he accepted another offer, and I also put the offer in that Ramona suggested, and I wasn’t even told what the other offer was so maybe I could have counter offered, but I wasn’t given that opportunity or information. And then to see the listing as pending without being notified first was so unprofessional.

Experiencia negativa: Having worked with many Realtors over the years, a very seasoned realtor from this office was surprisingly a little rude at her open house and also a little unethical when it came to a transaction. Not mentioning her name but not a fan of this office for those reasons.

I was difficult to deal with, unsure if I wanted to move and had no clue how I would do it all on my own. She had so much patience with me going back and forth on decisions. She kept me very updated through the entire process and set me up with an equally amazing mortgage person, Jenn Morrison. Experiencia negativa: I do not usually write bad reviews, but this office honestly deserves a 0 rating due to Cathy and her awful front desk staff. My sister, my friend I are desperately trying to find an apartment to rent in the Bridgewater area and we found this wonderful townhouse for rent not too far from where we were looking to be. We contacted Cathy and she sent us the applications to fill out and either send to the office or email them, which is what we did. On Friday July 28th, we went to the office to drop of the application and were greeted by the rudest women I have ever encountered in my entire life. She did not once say hello, or how can I help you. Mind you, she was at least mid 30s or 40s and I am 21 with better manners. So I gave her the applications and she said she would get them to Cathy. I receive an email from Cathy stating that she would be reviewing the applications "probably sometime next week". Come today, Wednesday August 2nd and still no update so I decided to call the office. I called and talked to another agent, not even Cathy, who then tells me that the place is already rented. So I told her it would have been nice for an update instead of just leaving us hanging and all she said was "oh sorry", hence why I decided to write this review. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in my entire life. Also a sidenote, if you are looking to talk directly to an agent do not go to Cathy Ferrone because I did not talk to her directly even once, everything was through a middle man.
