August is an absolute "go-getter" and will do whatever it takes to make you happy and get the sale. He went way above and beyond what was necessary to help us get our home. We lived in the Bay Area so it was difficult in a hot market to keep coming back and forth to Kelseyville. After only a day together, August knew EXACTLY what we were looking for and from there he just weeded out the ones that weren't up to par for us. Experiencia negativa: So, I contacted Mr. Schmitt on Monday to inquire about a property I was interested in purchasing. Made an appointment to check it out on the upcoming Saturday at noon. Before getting off the phone, I told him that I would call Friday to confirm our appointment. Called around 7pm Friday to confirm the 12pm appointment for the following day, Mr Schmitt said that noon wouldn't work for him, and would 11am work for him. I agreed with HIS time, and the showing was set, so I thought. Fast forward to Saturday, I arrive at the property 20 minutes early, and eventually wait until 11:45 to get stood up. In our initial conversation I told him that I lived in Stockton, which is about a 2 and a half hour drive for me. Well, there goes my Saturday.
