We gave up for a while & when we were going through the loss of my father she actually contacted us with the perfect house. We are so grateful. It’s perfect for our family. She was very sympathetic, and informative of the process & was with us every step of the way & made everything so stress-free and easy for us. even after we closed she’s been there if we need anything. We did have some issues with the seller upon closing unfortunately, they had left the house a dirty & mess along with the property. Didn’t give us our keys on time so Lorena went out of her way to help us by getting a locksmith & having the house deep cleaned and property cleaned. It took so much stress off of us. I don’t know any other agent that would go above and beyond for their customers like her and her team. I can’t say enough about her and her team they are the best made the process smooth and seem less. I wish I could say the same for the seller he chose not to have an agent and ended up causing a lot of headaches he had well over 30 days to clear out all of his things due to escrow going over on my end but when we did finally close we could not get the keys from him, he also left trash and old refrigerators full of rotten food along with dead animals and junk all through out the property when I asked him why he left all his junk he said he didn’t know what I wanted lol bro I don’t want your trash and rotten food and dead animals along with his pots and pans and a hole list of other items the house on inside was a disaster and not what it looked like when we came to see it but Lorena came to the rescue hired professional cleaners to deep clean the entire house and a junk removal service to come pick up all of his trash and junk also paid to have doors re keyed so we could get it into our new home I will tell all my friends and family if they want the best realtor in Kern county to call Lorena she will go above and beyond for her clients

Experiencia negativa: I was reluctant to post this, but honestly, I don’t care anymore. I would not do business with Lorena again ; we sold my house with her and as soon as the deal closed, she switched up her attitude big time and was demanding we pay for all this extra stuff AFTER contracts are signed and everything was done. She delayed escrow several days and cost us $500 in interest! I had a grill and some personal belongings that it turns out the new owners didn’t want and so I agreed to take them back and she said if I could have it gone by the Weekend and I agreed…and the next day she had a whole crew, throw it out and try to send me a bill for it! For clean up! I asked her where is my grill and she completely ignored me, so I’m pretty sure her workers stole it. There’s no way they would throw out a perfectly good barbecue ? She only showed up ONE time. Every other person who came to the house was her assistant, or somebody else she sent without even telling me until they showed up unannounced, and I had to let them in. Very unprofessional in my book. She has too much going on and I feel like her clients are just another number to her and then the very end she reminded me I don’t work for you I don’t owe you anything. Literally that’s what she said…Wow lol. Whats new as soon as these realtors get their commission they don’t give a damn. Also, she said the house was not clean to her standards and she wanted me to have it cleaned professionally and then she said “thats as a service she provides for her own clients out of her own pocket” so she literally expected us to have the house professionally cleaned for her and so she could tell the new clients it was cleaned by her? Very weird but anyways, like I said, I would not do business with her again now that I know. Lorena, let this be a lesson to teach you to treat everyone with respect client, or not. Enjoy your 1 star review and, like I said, never again!

Lorena came in via a recommendation from our original realtor we purchased from and we couldn’t recommend her and her team more. Everything down to scheduling for repairs she handled and made sure we with her the full step of the way which was so nice being almost 7 months pregnant and stressing about moving.
