Experiencia fantástica: Bartlesville is a unique town in that there are a lot of people who are not from the area, this is why it is important to do your research before moving out or into the area. Being from out of state, and not knowing the town well and specifically the Real Estate Sales people. We did not know what to expect, so we grabbed the first realtor that was referred to us. It was a long process and when our home didn’t sell, we decided to shop the area to see if there was someone who would be more in line with what we had hoped for in selling our home. The reviews that Kari had on the internet were highly impressive! We called Kari after hours, on a week night. She was willing to listen, she understood that we didn’t live in Oklahoma and needed someone that would act in our favor in terms of being absent from knowing what kind of expectations we should have as far as selling. We asked Kari to walk through the home and tell us what we needed to do to make the home more presentable and she noted some minor items, she was very fair and optimistic in her initial walk through. Her honesty and willingness to take a look was impressive from the start. We listed the home with her. During this time, she sent updates of each showing which brought a sense of comfort knowing we were part of the process and that there was an interest in the listing, She staged the home, informed us of any potential buyers and did open houses with her highly professional team. It was during this time that she informed us that Bartlesville was going to have some winter weather with below freezing temperatures. When we sent our property manager over, he called to ask us who had placed a heater, opened the cabinets and turned on the water. We called Kari to send a big thank you. She was ahead of the game and took measures to protect the home from having any damage from freezing. Kari is so professional in her efforts she took time to keep us informed at every level, from listing to closing. She reviewed the contract, the inspections, the repairs and communicated every step of the way and gave us confidence in our decisions. We cannot speak highly enough of how she takes pride in her efforts and genuinely cares for her listings. There are no words to describe the positive, professional, teamwork that transpired in our favor with this Realtor. We rate her 5++ star!

Experiencia fantástica: Kari is the best realtor out there! I couldn’t sell my house for more than a year. Went through 3 different real estate agents until I found Kari. Experiencia fantástica: Kari truly listened to what we were looking for and helped us find our dream home. . We have bought two homes with Kari. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I knew 100% that we were in good hands and that we could trust Kari to use her experience and knowledge to make sure our new home could be placed into our hands worry free. We will now open a new chapter in our lives as we move into our new home and prepare to sale the home that we are in. I wouldn't consider asking anyone else to walk this new path with us. Kari has already given us a starting point with a list of professionals we can reach out to with confidence, knowing that if she trust them that we can as well.

They have an incredible network of professionals and were instrumental in finding all the right contacts for our inspections and necessary repairs. Their dedication is outstanding. They stayed fully available to us, ensuring every single one of our questions was answered and that no detail was overlooked despite the holiday season. We greatly appreciate all their hard work and will definitely be recommending them to anyone we know looking for a realtor!

Experiencia fantástica: Kari provided top drawer service when we sold our mid-price range house in Bartlesville. She was a pleasure to work with—even during some of those tough conversations that were needed. We had already moved out of town and wanted to sell our Bartlesville house. Kari work with us every step of the way to decide what to leave alone, and to find and manage quality, affordable workers for the areas that we agreed needed freshening or repair. Experiencia fantástica: Let me start by saying BRAVO! Kari is amazing... she went above and beyond every step of the way from beginning to end --and even after escrow closed! My situation was challenging and a bit unique as I was moving to OK from out of state; Kari showed me homes by live video walk-thru, coordinated inspections & repairs, always communicated updates, changes and questions. She stayed in contact with my local friends on my behalf while I was driving a moving van cross-country--and when I arrived after a 5-day drive with 2 dogs in the summer heat, frazzled, stressed & exhausted--she was there to supply support, encouragement, solutions to a couple snags (unrelated to my real estate transaction) AND bottled water! We worked together for 3 months but had never met in person until after closing. Kari never missed a beat! My dogs and I love our new house and I'm so thankful Kari was in my corner. 'Thank you' just doesn't express my gratitude... she tackled every challenge with patience, experience and kindness. I confidently trust her with all my RE needs. Kari is the bomb and I'm proud to be her client! She puts the HOME in Oklahoma!
