She laid out every option and scenario to help us get into the home we wanted, at a price we felt good about, and with an interest rate that was solid given what the market has been doing. She helped us price our current home competitively, at a price that would hopefully sell fast, but also give us the financial footing to step up into our forever home. She had our home under contract in less than 2 weeks! Like the psycho I am I probably called her a thousand times with "but what if..." questions.
