She was so patient and kind throughout the whole experience. As first time home buyers we didn’t know much about the process so she explained everything as things went on and was always available for any questions we had. She always responded so quickly no matter what time or day of the week. After losing our first offer to a cash buyer that went in well over asking price Kristina reminded us not to be discouraged and helped us put together a great offer on the next home we fell in love with. Our offer was accepted and we were thrilled it was such an exciting moment and I’m not sure if we could have came up the same offer with advice from a different realtor. Kristina is a shark in the best way, her and her husband Ron are very in tune to the housing market and what to expect others to offer so they can help assist you in making the best offer without going above what you are comfortable with. Kristina also has great recommendations of people to help with anything you new house may need (for example we needed mold remediation and she recommended an awesome person to help us, also the way our contract was written made it so the sellers had to pay for remediation which saved us thousands of dollars). Jordan who works with Kristina helped show us houses and he was amazing to work with as well. He was timely, very relatable, nice, and always made us laugh. Kristina becomes a friend during the process and I know I could still feel comfortable reaching out to her anytime I have a question or want a recommendation or just to talk about how life is going. Buying/selling a house is a crazy process with a lot of steps involved and you want someone who is going to have your best interest throughout the whole process. Kristina always stuck up for us in situations I don’t think other realtors would of handled as well as her and she really gave us the best outcome possible. I still can’t believe as first time buyers in a difficult market we were able to buy a house on our second offer.
