Experiencia negativa: I am extremely disappointed with the professionalism displayed by Kathy Damewood during my recent experience as a buyer in Englewood, Florida. My agent and I submitted a fair and competitive offer on a newly listed property. However, Ms. Damewood failed to respond to our offer for over 36 hours, despite multiple attempts by my agent to contact her. When she finally ok responded, she informed us of another offer, which raises concerns about transparency and fairness in her process. This delay and lack of communication suggest a possible reluctance to engage with our offer, potentially due to commission considerations or preferential treatment toward another party. This experience has left me questioning her commitment to equitable representation for all clients. I told my agent to continue but if she is the selling agent not to even bother.

Experiencia negativa: I was shocked at how unprofessional and unhelpful Kathy was. My husband & I recently purchased a home in Englewood and we're the BUYERS. Kathy represented the SELLERS and I felt so bad for them. I couldn't believe how crabby and unpleasant Kathy's attitude was. It's not easy moving from another state and Kathy was not helpful at all. We bought a home that was completely dirty (after Kathy herself supposedly cleaned it. As a relator you are supposed to make the buyers feel welcome and comfortable. Kathy did not do that at all. Thank God For ANTHONY HAYES our realtor who really pulled things together for us and dealt with such a crabby old lady. Don't use her folks.

Experiencia negativa: Worst real estate company. I was helping my mother-in-law purchase her dream home in Florida. Unfortunately, the agent we used ( Angie Moulton) was not in it for us. She was all for the seller, very pushy and quite frankly rude. I would never recommend her to anyone not even my enemy. She threatened that the seller was going to walk away from a deal if we didn't reply within hours of her correspondence. She will not respect your rights nor law and will not keep her promises, she lies to the clients and on top of that, she has made so many professional mistakes in our case. She wasn’t able to answer any question unless she’s on the conference call with her broker Kathy Damewood who is also a sellers agent. And Kathy Damewood is even worse, she was not even supposed to have any conversation with us as she represented seller. I will take this further to National Association of Realtors for violating code of ethics. I will also file a complaint with Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Please do your research prior to dealing with this real estate agency, they have another Google page with negative reviews. Just google “remax alliance group englewood” . I guess they send link to this page to all somewhat happy customers, or even pay for all of the positive reviews.
