Experiencia fantástica: I decided to sell in 2024. Steven took a look and was confident he could sell the townhouse with some minor renovations from the contractors that his team works with. Steven explained the important stuff that needed renovating. He would follow up with the progress and always return calls. When it was ready to be put on the market, the house looked new. Quite a few offers were made and one was accepted within a few days! As of writing this today, there is currently a government shutdown and many people may not be working. When the market gets better, I highly recommend Steven Saucedo as your Real Estate agent. He is professional, will keep you up to date and a joy to work with!

We had a tight schedule to find a new home, needing to be out of our townhouse we were renting within 60 days. Steven has always been, and continues to be, very responsive with questions we have. He was very helpful when talking about things he likes about houses and things he disliked, and things that can and can't be changed. He knew we had a short time frame and was able to show us all the houses we wanted to look at whenever we had time to look at some.
