Marnie came out to visit my townhouse and I could tell right away that she had a discerning eye for what was important in presenting a home not only to the Home Tour visitors but also to potential home buyers. I learned from her expertise on staging and what certain buyers looked for in buying a home. And as we walked through my home, I made mental notes for future reference. Fast forward two years and Marnie was the first realtor that I thought of when I decided to sell my townhouse. She made quick decisions about the timing of getting my house on the market, provided a thorough analysis of the comparables on the market with pros/cons for each, and was strategic in what offers to consider and how to counter to get the best price. And she did all of this while I was travelling overseas!
