First they doubted the square footage listed on the Zillow page and hired a professional measurer to re-measure our house. The increase was over 300 square feet which made a huge difference in our selling price. Then they guided us in making small changes to the house to increase value. The house sold within 36 hours after receiving 9 offers. In the end, we were able to increase our profit by many thousand dollars over what we had expected and feel good about the product we were selling to the buyer. We sold our house with Lisa and it was only on these market for 2 days before it went under contract! Sure the market had something to do with it, but it also depends on having a great agent to advise you on pricing, staging, promoting, etc. And Lisa really knows her stuff! After we sold the house and moved to a different state, she worked to get a notary here to do the closing paperwork with us addy no additional cost.
