Experiencia fantástica: I have had the pleasure of workng with Melody on two home sales. She sold my home two years ago and got top dollar for my property. It was such a great experience that I recently asked her to sell my parent's home in Palmyra for me. Melody listed the house on a Friday, had an open house on Saturday, (in the middle of a snow storm), and we accepted an offer on Sunday. Melody got us 12 offers on the home and we were able to sell for $50,000 over the asking price.
