With Steve's guidance, a reasonable asking price was set resulting in multiple showings and offers within four days. After accepting one of those offers, Steve was our primary interface with the buyer's realtor. A few probate and title company issues arose, causing delays in the originally planned quick closing. Steve worked with the buyer's representative and the involved title companies to keep the sale on track despite the delays. Steve and Oak Realty communicated very well to keep us informed. Experiencia fantástica: Great experience with Steve Bruggeman and his team at Oak Realty. He was kind enough to make his initial visit with us on a Sunday to accommodate our schedule. He got back to us promptly with comparable properties and his recommendation for an asking price. He was willing to discuss his price recommendation and altered it slightly in accordance with our wishes. We loved that he took his own pictures of the cabin, including the use of a drone for outside photos and the use of a Matterport to create an interactive view of the inside. The fact that he takes his own photos allows him to be flexible about the day and time of the photos; in fact, he changed the planned day to be sure the weather conditions were optimal for the outside photos. He even came back to take additional photos on a later date to ensure that the views of our property were ideal. Steve responds promptly to texts and if necessary, replies to a text with a phone call. He utilized some of his many contacts in the Annandale area to help us have the property ready to sell. This was the first time we had sold a place so we had many questions which he always answered with kindness. He gets to work early and encouraged us to text him early as he was often available at that time. We took advantage of that. We sold our place quickly thanks to Steve and his team. We have the highest respect for Steve and Oak Realty.

Experiencia negativa: Steve from Oak Realty did a poor job selling us a piece of property. The information he gave was inaccurate and sloppy. When we discussed the discrepancy with him that did not matter. Unfortunately, when given the choice he did not take care of his customers and do the right thing. Be careful when dealing with him and double check the information he gives you because when he is wrong you the customer will pay for it!

Since I don't live in Annandale a lot of our correspondence took place via e-mail or by telephone. He kept me updated on a weekly basis as to interest in the property. After a buyer was found, he handled all of the details until the closing took place in December. It was great working with him and I would recommend him if you need a realtor in the area.
