Experiencia fantástica: Newt helped us sell our house with a relocation company. He did an excellent job with providing guidance around listing our home, communicating with the relocation company and buyer's agent, as well as making sure everything was completed timely and things went smoothly. For relocation there are a lot of additional forms needed and Newt had significant knowledge and was an expert in knowing everything that needed to be completed for the relocation company. We moved to a different city during the selling process so Newt took the lead and went above and beyond to ensure all inspection found items were completed, by finding companies to complete the projects and going to our house to be present during the repair. He was a full service agent and then some. I would highly recommend him to friends and family and if we stayed in the same city we would have used him for future home sales.
