Moving from another state over 7 hours away, we had to make the most of the local contacts, and with our time visiting the area. Initially, Cara and her assistant Kelly listened closely to what we were looking for, and showed us properties that fit the criteria, making the most of our short visits in-state. On the first day, we selected a new construction in the area. Cara worked closely with the construction team, providing us with regular updates, with photos and videos of the process. Through her regular updates, we were able to detect a small deviance from construction specs, and were able to get it corrected quickly. Besides extensive virtual communications, she was also present at every on-site meeting with the builder, and was able to follow up on small issues locally. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, Cara helped make Kentucky feel like home before we ever moved in.
