She's every bit as good as the reviews say. She's very knowledgeable of Huntsville and especially Elkins Lake (the different builders and their reputations, the contractors for plumbing, flooring, all sorts of stuff). She's able to explain the transaction process clearly; we never felt lost on what step we were on. She's prompt and thorough answering questions by email or text. And maybe most important she felt like an agent representing us rather than a salesperson. She'd give us her opinion and rationale, always sensitive to the pros and cons of such a big life decision, but was negotiating on our behalf and conveying our requests to different parties. I really can't imagine how someone could have done a better job unless they just bought the house for us :). I'm happy to recommend Morgan to anyone looking at the Huntsville area.

Experiencia fantástica: We had to move outta state just when our home was being listed with Mrs. Morgan Newman. Estate sale company was scheduled to come in and sell what we let. They decided they didn’t want the job. Mrs.Newman found and scheduled a new estate sale company. We still had contractors coming and going to finish up few small fix up projects. Mrs. Newman stayed on top of them and the quality of work that was being done. When limbs fell because of the horrible fraught TX was having , she contacted us and also our yard service to haul off and clean up. She made sure lights and a/c units were set to a reasonable setting after other realtors showed the house and would leave everything on and running. When it’s an extremely large house and yard, that runs into a lot of extra spending when no one is living in the house. She hosted a wonderful open house for realtors so she could show off all the up scale and one if a kind amenities. If the house had sat for week or more, when there was a showing, she would go over and make sure everything was immaculate for the showing. In my husband and book we’ve never worked with a more dedicated, focused, very intelligent, driven realtor! It was a wonderful experience to work with her! She is truly a gigantic asset to her firm. We miss getting to hear from her. Can’t say enough to encourage anyone if they want the best results possible - than they need to use Mrs. Newman!!
