Janice is also a stager and trust her judgement even though you may feel like your home is empty….she know her business!! One of things I respect and like the most is she explains everything very thoroughly and makes sure you understand everything. This is the first realtor I have dealt with that is this diligent!! We had some issues but she was so professionally in her dealing to make sure things worked out for all parties involved. Regardless of selling or buying trust Janice and/or Justin you will not regret the choice. This lady earns her money by her dedication to her profession!!!!

We were selling our Mom's home but nobody was local and the house need a lot of work. Mitch filled in as general contractor and even pitched to fix things. He was truly amazing. I have no idea how we would have sold the house with out him.

Experiencia fantástica: It would have been impossible for us to close on our home without Larry. As first-time US home buyers living overseas, we presented an admittedly complicated case! But Larry gave us two very thorough virtual showings, including for the house we ended up buying. He also went to bat for us to give us an edge over another interested buyer. Abode's response time slowed a bit after our offer was accepted, but other than that we were completely happy with their service.

Experiencia negativa: The most unprofessional realtor we have ever worked with. From not showing up for appointments on time to not reviewing contracts for mistakes prior to us signing them it was pretty much a disaster. They did get our home sold but we believe they worked harder for the buyers than they did for us. Make sure you review everything. Many mistruths were told.

He recovered the situation perfectly and had our home under contract and closed quickly. There were a couple bumps along the way, but he handled those very well.
