Experiencia fantástica: Brad was fantastic and helped me with both my sale and purchase instantaneously. He even helped schedule everything so we settled on the same day and were able to negotiate free rent back on our sale so I didn’t have to put things into storage. Brad is reliable, easy to communicate with and just fun to be around. I would definitely recommend Brad to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

Experiencia fantástica: Brad was WONDERFUL to work with: he is both professional and knowledgeable in helping purchase the home of your dreams. In an ever changing real estate market, he is patient and determined to finding exactly what you are looking for and guide you through the process. We couldn't be happier with our experience buying a new home and selling our home with Brad and highly recommend him if you are looking for someone to make your home buying experience enjoyable and finding your dream home.

Experiencia fantástica: Brad is an amazing realtor! From the very beginning of the process, he explained what would happen every step of the way. He went above and beyond to be at the house for inspections, etc. when we couldn’t be there ourselves. Brad is professional, knowledgeable, and an all around nice guy. I would highly recommend him to support you with your home sale or purchase.

Experiencia fantástica: Easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the area and strategy for a successful sale.

Experiencia fantástica: Helped with narrowing focus on the things I wanted and looking for them. Available through the entire searching buying and closing process.

Experiencia fantástica: As a first time homebuyer, Brad was an extremely helpful realtor. He is very knowledgeable in different areas and gave suggestions on what he thought would meet my wishlist and my budget. When working with a very difficult seller, he made sure to protect me from the sellers attempt to do repairs without permits and to unrightfully keep my deposit. Brad then helped me find the perfect house and made the entire process very smooth. I can’t recommend him enough!

Experiencia fantástica: Brad is an awesome realtor. He was professional and sold my house in less than a week. I got an amazing deal and highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: We have worked with Brad so many times over the past five years and found him to be a master at interpreting information, managing expectations, educating about the home buying process, and advocating for his clients. It's easy for things to go smoothly when everything goes smoothly; but because this is Life, things don't always go as expected. And those are the times, especially, that having Brad in your corner is so valuable.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been working with Brad for over 5 years as his photographer. He truly cares for his clients and is always working hard to get the best offers. He’s personable and easy to talk too. I would recommend him 100%

Took care of things that would have stressed me out and dealt with some difficult situations without a single complaint. Can’t say enough good things about Brad, highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Brad is an excellent realtor. So much so that we used him to buy our first house, sell that house and buy our forever home. (But on the off chance we ever decide to move again, Brad will be our first call.) He’s extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and the hot areas in Maryland. He’s honest and doesn’t resort to cheap tricks to try to get people to purchase your home. He also knows exactly what to look for when it comes to a house. I’ve never known so much about water damage and how to spot it in a house since I’ve toured houses with him. I cannot recommend him enough as your agent. You will not be disappointed.

He was willing to help with just about anything related to our move even after closing.

He was always ensuring that he was revalidating those interests as we moved along in the process of finding our home. Everything with him from finding a property to placing and offer to closing was a breeze for us and we are glad we had him as our realtor. Personable, professional, and hard working. Adding to the previous review to add that as property manager for my place Brad is fantastic. He has made it simple and easy every step of the way from finding and screening applicants to arranging for repairs in a timely manner. He has the ability to anticipate things expertly and put plans in place to ensure the seamless transition of renters. Look forward to doing any and all of my rental and real estate business with Brad.

Experiencia fantástica: Brad has been my go-to realtor for years now. He has always been professional and courteous. He is always quick to respond to my (many) questions. He has even gone as far as to help me with little to no benefit to himself. I’ve recommended Brad to other friends who also raved about his service. There are many realtors out there, but not many who have the work ethic and level of customer support that Brad does. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Brad was my agent while I was buying a home during the COVID pandemic. Houses, in some cases were selling in hours for more than asking. Brad was able to find houses and get me in to see them on a moment notice , often shifting around his personal time to make sure I was able to see everything I wanted to. As a first time home buyer, he answered all my questions and walked me through the buying process. He was always on time and made sure I was kept informed of everything that was happening every step of the way. When a problem with the sellers agent almost kept us from closing on time, Brad stepped up, asked the lenders and title company to work after hours on a Friday night to make sure the house closing happened as scheduled saving me hundreds of dollars. He is a fantastic agent and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an agent.

Brad is responsive, personable, and fun. Brad listens. I mean he really listens, not with intent to respond but to understand what a buyer is looking for. My wife and I trusted Brad's connections, his guidance, his wisdom and we were very satisfied with our first buying experience. We will be using Brad again when we buy our single family home that my wife is nagging me about. Cheers!

Experiencia fantástica: While looking for a house to downsize in the Canton-Locust Point area from Harford County, Brad assisted us with our search. He knows the market and the value of homes throughout the area. Other real estate agents tried to promote certain homes that did not live up to expectations, Brad never did this at any time. He is a good, trusted agent.
