Experiencia negativa: They will call a have “specialist” and leave your home over 85 when it’s 70 outside. Then call and tell you it’s your fault for working too much and not being able to be home for a “service” that disables your ac.

They are unbelievably kind, courteous, and incredibly prompt. The application process took literally only a couple days from viewing to approval to signing. It was seamless and the team at Cardin was very helpful and knowledgeable. Since living here we have only needed a couple maintenance requests but holy cow are they fast to get people on it. Same day/next day - and often they’re getting the vendors lined up for you before they even open for regular business hours. All in all, fantastic company staffed by fantastic people. You can’t go wrong with Cardin. We’re looking forward to many years with them.

They have always been very fast about maintenance calls And if something happens they always understand and try to help out as much as they can. They take care of their renters. In 2022 I was trying to move back to Fernley and put in my $45 application fee several times and every time they would refund it back to me because they could not find me something at that time. They are very trustworthy and reliable. Like I said I will no longer rent from anybody else.

Experiencia negativa: I had a broken window for 6 months so I didn't pay rent for a month and a half they filed an eviction and I didn't get served.. they called the day before the lock out at 445 pm and told me they were locking me out with no notice... Then wouldn't take payment from lyon county or anyone else for help.. they are fine if you don't complain about anything

Experiencia negativa: Some of their rentals are money pits. One I saw, and they rented was an absolute mess. The carpet was stained, and is the original carpet from when the house was built. Some of the kitchen cupboards were barley hanging on the wall, and was tightened up by the renter. The dish washer was full of mold, and the renter had to clean that as well. The shower/ bathtub leaked hot water continuously and the renter had a $400.00 water bill and a $450.00 gas bill because of that leak. The renter had to fix that as well. And the renter also had to replace the garbage disposal. I WOULD NOT rent from these people, who are supposed to be property .managers, because they do not fix any thing, and yet want to charge over $1200.00 a month for rent. I would not trust them with my property, because they let it get run downed, and still charge high prices. I rate them as is : FFFFFF all the way across the board. Really? Obviously, I am not the only one who left a bad review. So, please, do not single me out. Did you even consider, that maybe I wasn't the one who was looking to rent, I was just with someone who was . UP DATE 10/6/2020 I hate what Cardin reality stands for : Disrespectful, money hungry, rude, liars, and rent out dirty, and filthy places and EXPECT you to pay rent while things are falling apart, coming apart, and dont take care of the yards like they are supposed to like it says they do in your rental agreement. Then when you do give them receipts for all the things you have fixed, and replaced, they wait til they think they have enough to say you never paid all the rent every month. So then they go to the court house and file against you to kick you out. Well guess what CARDIN Rwality? The govenor has EXTENDED the moratorium for 45 days. You are illegally kicking people out. Just because the owner is selling the house, does not mean you get to play God. And everything this office has done wrong and lied about, is going to come back on this office 3 fold.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give a 0 I would. This place rented me a dirty apartment. I had no time to rent another place so I noted all the damage and dirty carpets, walls that were in desperate need of a new coat of paint on my rental agreement. This company waited 3 plus years to send in a amount to a collection company. When I moved out two weeks before my lease ended all paid in full. The woman said not to worry they know how dirty it was when I rented it. I know they never sent anything out to me because I sent in a change of address to usps upon moving out. They basically stole from me 3 years later. Keep your records for years this company is into scamming and stealing from prior clients.

Kellie Cardin Flodman's family has been in the local real estate business for many years, so if you are in the market for real estate services in the Fernley area, you just aren't going to do better than Kellie and her gang of professional real estate agents.

Experiencia negativa: i called the front office, was put on hold immediately, the front desk associate was rude, -and hung up on me. will never consider cardin realty, ever in future business transactions.

Experiencia negativa: We used Cardin as our management company for a property in Fernley, and reluctantly stayed with them for 10 years. Overall we give them a poor rating. The thousands of dollars we paid them over the years helped pay for their new office, but they never paid any attention to us, rather they just continually catered to the renters in our property. We kept hoping they would come around and be on our side, but they never did. They seemed to never catch on ... and do what they were supposed to do (and what were paying them for) ... which is keep an eye on the property for us and MANAGE it. Anytime we complained about or questioned any of their practices, they shut down and wouldn't talk to us for months. The only thing they concerned themselves with was charging us for things the renters broke or damaged - renters that they had put in the home. Years passed while they collected their 10% monthly fee and did nothing. On one recent occasion I asked to meet with the Cardin employee presumably in charge of our property, and she couldn't find it right away on the tiny street in the tiny town of Fernley. This, even though Cardin is allegedly completing periodic maintenance, checks and "walk throughs" at the property. Kellie Flodman - the owner - only got involved with us when I brought her company's poor service to her attention near the end of our contract with the company. She then sent me a two page email and resorted to insulting me personally. When we took back over our property to sell it, among other problems, the walls were filthy and the carpet smelled like urine (even though we of course had a no pet clause that Cardin didn't enforce). When we pointed out this damage, they denied it and/or blamed us for it. Do not use Cardin for any reason. They are scammers with poor customer service. Your best choice in town is LL Realty, who we chose to sell the home for us and who did an excellent job. LL Realty demonstrates what real customer service is ... while Cardin are just out to make money off you however they can - and are an overall disgrace.
