Rawlings Realty, LLC

Experiencia negativa: 2026 and the slumlords are still slumming; we're having to consult with an attorney because they haven't fixed the air conditioning in a month.

Experiencia fantástica: Randy was great to work with! Knowledgeable and obviously a perfect team leader for him and his agents. Wouldn't recommend anyone more than him and his team!

Experiencia positiva: Overall experience with Rawlings Realty was great!!! Amanda & Emily was very helpful and informative with the whole process, from viewing the property to the online application and finalizing the approval!! The only issue I have is the last-minute changes of it being a tenant procurement and finding out that I will no longer be dealing with Rawlings Realty and that the owner of the property would take over managing the property and any other tenant concerns after the paperwork process. I definitely feel like communication could've been and should've been much better in that area, but the actual owner/landlord is very nice and addressed any other concerns I or my husband had! Thank you Rawlings Realty!!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at Rawlings Realty continues to impress me with how they manage our rental properties. They keep us informed of any issues with both our tenants and our units, and they efficiently process and track our rental income and expenses each month. I highly recommend Rawlings Realty to anyone needing reputable property management and realtor services for their real estate needs. They are AAA+ in my book!!

Experiencia fantástica: great company. They have done my property management for years and are very dependable. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: We are very happy with the serice provided by Rawlings Realty.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience. Easy to communicate with and get in contact with. That was a primary concern of mine because I am out of state. But they are on point and make it very easy.

Experiencia fantástica: Very timely in posting rent payments. Thank you very much, The Willis’

Experiencia fantástica: They are wonderful I love them

Experiencia fantástica: Kind professional trustworthy service. Best in Griffin.

Experiencia negativa: Rawlings Realty is absolutely horrible, uncaring and the house I was renting was physically making me sick. Mold, the black mold, made it unsafe to live in. These people are aware of how unfit the house was and didn't care about the neighbors partying all night keeping me up, not able to sleep and I work as an insurance agent so I had trouble doing my job because Rawlings Realty is absolutely all about the money! I have been speaking to an attorney regarding a very serious situation and Rawlings Realty needs to get ready for a huge lawsuit. Faulty gas leak that was so dangerous that when I changed my natural gas from Scana to Gas South... THEY REALLY WERE SHOCKED THAT GAS HAD BEEN LEAKING AND NOBODY TRIED TO FIX IT SO MY HUSBAND HAD TO DO IT OR GAS SOUTH WOULD NOT HOOK IT UP BECAUSE OF THE ABSOLUTELY DANGEROUS FAULTY HOOKUP!! I have 0 respect for Rawlings Realty and I refused to pay to basically die!!! Randy and his staff are quick to get their money by filing eviction paperwork every month and I have lived in that house for 5 years and God forbid I had covid twice and my insurance company was not open for a while due to the tornado damage and Amanda's lack of care is beyond disappointing. The house should be condemned. Make no mistake, THEY KNOW WHAT THEY DID TO US AND LIED ABOUT EVICTING THE NEXT DOOR NEIGHBORS PARTYING AND KEEPING US UP ALL NIGHT!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

Experiencia fantástica: Been using this company for years they go above and beyond as a landlord they make my job so much easier!! 100 stars

Experiencia negativa: I contacted Rawlings reality about a property in Griffin Ga. I spoke with a woman I believe her name was Amanda. I inquired about the availability of the property because I was interested in purchasing the property. I asked the woman when it would be placed on the market (I know the owners & they were present during my call) because the owners informed me that the property was being renovated for minor repairs since December of last year. This led me to assume that all the repairs would have been completed by now. The woman was so RUDE to me. She stated that “ it was none of my business” I told her that the owners were present if needed she could speak to them. She then stated that she would have Randy call me then hung up. I am no longer interested in working with Rawlings reality for the purchase is this home.

Experiencia negativa: Do not rent from this company. I thought these were genuine, honest, good people but later learned that they are very nasty, unprofessional and money hungry. (Especially Amanda) I rented, and renovated a property from Rawlings but when it came time to move out, I was denied my security deposit for false allegations on damages, minor cleaning and doors that were already missing and damaged when I moved in. I have pictures to prove and will be suing them in small claims court. Don’t make the same mistake I did !!

Experiencia fantástica: best management company in GA!!

Experiencia fantástica: GOOD company to work with in my opinion very professional

Experiencia fantástica: I reside in California and I was dealing with a Very Unprofessional, Money Hungry, Fly by Night company!! I ended up taking my losses and started dealing with Rawlings Realty. It’s been 4-5 years now, their very professional and if I have any questions or concerns they tend to it asap. They treat you like family unlike the other company I left. All I can say is no more sleepless nights. I had a issue and Elissa took care of it! If I have a question about the paperwork Amanda makes sure I can understand it. Randy is one of the coolest persons I’ve met. All in all I’ll have them manage my property for as long as I have them. Thanks again for all you do!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Great property managers who know their business and handle it with honesty and integrity.

Experiencia fantástica: It is a super warm, family environment at the office. Everyone is so kind and easy to work with, everyone is very professional. They are very knowledgeable about everything realty and I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Experiencia fantástica: There truly is no other place that has such great souls from the Broker, Realtors, Office Manager, and Property Manager. Rawlings Realty, LLC has such a strong culture that desires to help others and open their arms to new members joining the family! Don’t turn away- walk right in!

Experiencia fantástica: Professional and knowledgeable

Experiencia fantástica: As a fairly new Realtor, I feel blessed to be a part of this group of professionals who are always there to help one another and make you feel part of the family of the Rawlings Realty group. We are all there to be a part of, and serve, our community with whatever real estate needs they have!

Experiencia fantástica: Great people! Whether your wanting to rent or buy, they will help put you in a home! Let them manage your property, they take care of everything and remove the stress from you!!

Experiencia fantástica: 10/10!! I love all the staff here, super kind and helpful!

Experiencia fantástica: Great company to work with! Great people!

Experiencia positiva: Rawlings was always understanding and open to fixing issues! We were with them for 2 years and wouldn’t have left if it wasn’t for expanding our family and not being able to wait to get a bigger home! Jason, our landlord, is awesome and although not all repairs was made he never gave us a hard time about ANYTHING and allowed us to make his place our home in EVERY way! We will forever miss you guys!

Experiencia fantástica: Great

Experiencia fantástica: Rawlings Realty, LLC is the best Realty Company in Griffin Ga. They really take care everything very professionally. I recommend this company as the best in Griffin.

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding job from Randy throughout the entire process of selling our condo. Great communication, good strategy and decision making regarding steps to follow on the marketing and sales work. Very receptive to owner input as well. Pleasure to work with, if you need to sell your property Randy’s your guy.

Experiencia negativa: I went to view a few of your properties yesterday in griffin , more specifically a Green Triplex that was completely and utterly DESTROYED!! There was a foul smell radiating from the home, old and dingy dresses and shirts were hung from the windows, the kitchen looked like a previous haunted house. This is absurd and should be illegal. How can you have the audacity to muster up the courage to house people in an abandonment sheltering?. I was scared for my life and my health on the way out the door. I haven’t had an asthma attack in two years , and I had two walking around. Because of this inconvenience, I will be reaching out to the President , the city AND your mother. This is ridiculous!

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I have been renting from Rawlings Realty for a good 3 years and they took very good care of us!! They fixed things that were a need and one year I got pneumonia and missed work for two weeks which put us behind a little on rent. They worked with us with no problem on a payment arrangement. When we were ready to buy a house Randy Rawlings and his team was who we went through. Randy did everything in his power to get us in our dream home! So grateful for this company and I could just go on and on with what all they have done for my family! I would recommend them to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: Randy was extremely helpful helping my family and I find a home. It was our first time buying a home so it can be intimidating. He was super kind and patient, walking us through every step of the way. We certainly recommend Rawlings Realty and will be using them again.

Experiencia negativa: Worst renting experience of my life

Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoy Rawlings Realty great to rent from

Experiencia fantástica: Great customer service! Ladies in office always friendly and helpful to answer questions. I rent a house from them and they are always quick to answer calls and fix maintenance issues.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible nasty homes !!!
