Experiencia negativa: I asked Zillow to put me in contact with a realtor when it notified me that a desirable house came on the market. Zillow assigned me Dawn and she did not look at the house before talking to me. I needed to pull up the address to share with her. She said "I guess that house is okay, but have you checked out the one that I am selling?!" I have zero interest in the house that she is selling, but her description and pictures aren't doing the sellers any favors. I asked her to get me a video tour and said she said that she would, but I did not hear back from her. I followed up and she ignored me. The house sold and I never had a chance because Dawn sat on her laurels. I am going to find someone that gets stuff done.

Experiencia fantástica: This is very rare that I do a public writeup on any body or any event. I had not known Dawn before and it was a blessing we connected. She was absolutely amazing as an owners representative. i did not even know where Pinetop was or anything about it. She educated on everything I needed to know. Long story short, Dawn was all over it and kept me on target every step of the way. I am very busy professionally and did not have much time to follow=thru on all that had to be done to close escrow and secure the purchase. If, I ever purchase another home, I will have to track down Dawn to represent me again!! Again, She was a total great surprise for my wife and I God bless. Patrick & Jennifer Tonna
