Stefania Fernandes Broker Realtor & Accredited Stager

Experiencia fantástica: Stefania is undoubtedly the best realtor to work with. You hear countless stories of realtor's not having the best interest of their clients in mind, and that is the furthest thing from the truth when it comes to working with Stef. She advocated for my family and I as we navigated FOUR YEARS of hoping and wishing to get a certain location. She always sent us listings / information and was blunt about whether something was worth our time. She never rushed us (as I said, four years) and was always understanding. Kind, professional, but also a negotiating machine, we ended up in a house for less than asking despite this crazy market. A wealth of knowledge, especially for Military benefits and members. (Well versed on VA protocols, loans, and what your rights as a Veteran are). Started as our realtor, and became our friend. 100% recommend! Thank you for everything Stef! #icedcoffeeisbetter

Experiencia fantástica: Shes the best. Diligent, thorough and most importantly honest and to the point.

Experiencia fantástica: Stef was beyond incredibly helpful answering all of our questions and concerns thru the process of selling our condo that we’d lived in for 20. She helped make the process easier for us. We’d already moved out and she had a professional photographer take pictures for our listing. She staged our home and made it so welcoming to potential buyers. Stef helped us secure a buyer in only four days after listing our home. Our closing was 7 weeks from listing! She was in continuous contact with us guiding us thru the steps and explained every step. We’re beyond thrilled that Stef also secured an offer $20k over asking! We highly recommend Stef as she’s knowledgeable, kind and present thru the entire process of selling our home.

Experiencia fantástica: Stefanie is very experienced in her field. I literally listened and took notes of her suggestions on how to set up my home. I maintained the appearance for the showings as it appeared in the pictures. Stefanie was there for me every step of the way. She was right on with price point. With all of the pieces put into play we had an above asking price offer. We didn’t even have an open house as the offer came in within the first few days of listing. I highly recommend her and her services.

Experiencia fantástica: Stef was the glue in our house hunting journey (first time home buyers) that kept us together through the entire process. From first touring homes in our desired area, to evaluating our options, to the final sale of our home we just closed on. In a very difficult New Jersey market, Stephanie ensured all of our questions were thoroughly answered and concerns were addressed. She always took the extra time to answer my husband and I’s phone calls, provide us the best advice, and walk us through every process. We couldn’t have asked for a better Agent and supporter. Experiencia fantástica: Selling a home can be incredibly stressful, but having Stefania Fernandes as our Realtor made all the difference. She went above and beyond to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible, ultimately securing an offer over our asking price. At the time, we had already purchased a home in Maine and had partially moved, which made managing the sale even more challenging. On top of that, the major holidays, a sick sibling, and other personal stressors made it an overwhelming time for us. Stefania’s support and dedication helped ease that burden. She guided us through every step, from her initial walkthrough—where she provided thoughtful, constructive advice on how to maximize our home’s appeal—to personally ensuring open permits were closed, even grabbing a shovel to make sure a fence door would close properly. Our Realtor in Maine mentioned that he hires someone else to point out flaws in a home to avoid upsetting his clients, but Stefania handled it all herself with grace and professionalism. She never made us feel bad—only motivated to get the best possible result. She was always available, responsive, and genuinely invested in our success. If you’re buying or selling a home, you would be in excellent hands with Stefania. Her expertise, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile make her an extraordinary Realtor and a truly wonderful person. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to work with her!

Stefania’s strategic approach and thoroughness set her apart in an industry where these qualities make all the difference. From the initial consultation to the final closing, she showed a deep understanding of the market, created strategies for pricing and marketing, and had an impressive ability to navigate negotiations. Her attention to detail is exceptional. What truly stands out about Stefania is her unwavering commitment to her clients. Her expertise and professionalism made what could have been stressful experiences remarkably smooth – both times. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and results-driven Realtor in New Jersey, I recommend Stefania Fernandes. She’s fantastic!

Experiencia fantástica: Stefania is a wonderful real estate agent and person, as she guided us through many properties until we found the right one. It was a pleasure to work with her through the good and bad of navigating the home buying process. If you are looking for a honest, knowledgeable and kind real estate agent, that has your best intention, I wouldn’t look any further.

Experiencia fantástica: Stefania is a true professional, in all ways. We sold 2 properties with her and if we weren't moving out of the state, we'd use her again. She is a wonderful guide, very patient and thorough with every step. And she goes above and beyond to help with anything along the way. I cannot say enough about how helpful she has been throughout this entire process.

Experiencia fantástica: Stefania was referred to me by a realtor friend who’d moved out of the area. She said “Stefania will take care of you, I promise.” That was in 2018 after my mom passed and I was at the beginning of the arduous process of liquidating my parent’s estate including my childhood home. Since first meeting Stefania, she has been an advisor, a helper, a mover, a stager, an agent and a family friend. The initial walk through was thorough and produced three pages of “suggested improvements”. It took over 2 years to get to a point she could walk through again and make more suggested improvements. (She doesn’t push or say it “must” be done. She’s very respectful of what sellers can handle.) However, all of her suggestions were backed by experience in the real estate business and professional knowledge. She didn’t just point things out, she helped move boxes, sweep, clean and stage. She was part of our team since phase one. The final product was a property we were proud to sell and she handled the negotiations expertly. We were very happy with the numerous showings and offers and she went through everything with patience while we asked so many questions during that process. A few years later, we called her again; this time to help us relocate into our forever home. Stefania made herself available for our tricky schedule; early mornings, late afternoons and weekends. We saw many but “not IT” and she remained patient and positive. When we did see THE ONE, we pounced… along with several other interested buyers. Here’s where that experience really paid off: we went over our options, our preferences and our finances. She advised specific features in our offer and it was accepted. Following that was a myriad of inspections and repair proposals, etc and she navigated those for us like the pro she is. Finally, the last step was to sell our current home. “No two transactions are the same” she kept telling me and even though we’d just sold a few years prior, she was not kidding. That listing was totally different, not bad or difficult, just different. Again, she gave "suggested improvements”, of course, but she also used different marketing. Stef understood the current market conditions, the location conditions and how to list within those needs. Many showings and solid offers later, we found the perfect buyer whom I believe will love the place as much as we did while there. We’ve been in our dream home a year now and some days I still can’t believe it. She took excellent care of us through 3 successful real estate transactions as promised. Today, I consider Stef a friend who happens to be an amazing realtor.

Experiencia fantástica: Stef is an excellent realtor. She has everything thought out well in advance, anticipates everything and always has a solid plan! Stef sold my home quickly and without any headaches. This is my second time working with Stef and I wouldn’t use anyone else! She’s the best! JF

Experiencia fantástica: Stefania Fernandes is a phenomenal realtor who was fortunately recommended to me by a friend. Stef worked with me when I was in another state, showing me homes that met my criteria and not just any house. I met with Stef twice, flying to New Jersey, and I am happy to say I found my new home! Stef is very knowledgeable with regard to real estate and the things to expect. I asked her for a home inspector and she came through with a good one. Stef also went above and beyond! My new home was suppose to be in swept clean condition and yet there were a number of items/garbage left behind. Stef took it upon herself to remove the items and place them on the curb for pickup. Stef proved to be a tenacious, knowledgeable and kind real estate agent. You will not be disappointed if you choose her for your real estate needs!

Experiencia fantástica: I worked with Stefania previously to purchase a house in 2019. She was so fantastic that I knew I'd be reaching out to her again in the future. Sure enough, my wife and I decided to sell our house this year and Stefania was our first call. Not only did Stefania respond the same day, she was at our house just a couple of days later to discuss details. She walked us through the staging of our house to put it for sale and we listed shortly after. It took less than a week to recieve numerous offers, most over asking price. Our house sold quickly and we couldn't be happier. Stefania should be everyone's first call when they're looking to buy or sell in NJ!!

Experiencia fantástica: Stefania was a great help to us as we searched for a home. She was able to work with my wife's and my busy schedules to arrange viewings and we're so happy for the home we purchased. Because of her diligence we had a constant flow of potential homes to look at. Truly a great help and we would have our new home if it wasn't for her.

Experiencia fantástica: Working with Stefania has been a great experience. As a fellow Realtor, I appreciate her professionalism and dedication. She answers phone calls promptly, responds to text messages quickly, and follows up on any questions thoroughly. Thank you, Stefania, for being such an exceptional colleague and a joy to work with!

Experiencia fantástica: We started the house sale process with limited knowledge but high expectations. With an eye for detail, Stefania suggested minor but impactful recommendations to start the listing. The results were immediate. The full process from preparation to final closing couldn’t have been better due to her knowledge and experience. There were no surprises. We highly recommend Stefania for her professionalism and drive for results.

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I personally have many years of experience working with the Stefania. High professional experience, full support of the transaction from beginning to the end, control at every stage, even after closing, knowledge of the real estate market, protection of the client’s interests and deep human decency. A Realtor whom you can trust and whom I will choose again, if I need it. Thank you very much for the work that was done. Sincerely, Zoya

I honestly couldn't be happier with our outcome!.

Experiencia fantástica: Stefania is a great person and realtor. She pours her heart and soul into what she does & truly takes care of her clients. She does things that other realtors don’t, like help her elderly clients physically prep the house for sale. All it took was one open house and we got multiple offers above asking price. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage broker, condo board, attorney and home inspector. This made it easy for us to close on our property. Stefania is thorough, prompt and professional. She’s very knowledgeable about structure of the property, neighborhood, current rates and staging. She’s honest and forthright, she calls it as she sees it. A true professional! We want to thank you and hopefully this will be the first of many more investments! Mattie and Tom

Experiencia fantástica: What a great experience working with Stefania. Stef was on top of every aspect of showing me homes in my price range. Experiencia fantástica: We are so glad we were able to have Ms. Stefania as our realtor. She went above and beyond for us and we could always trust her opinions on any of the prospective homes we looked at and even the home we ended up choosing. Ms. Stefania definitely made the home buying process so much easier and always had our best interests in mind. I would 100% recommend her, especially when you can’t be there in person Ms. Stefania helps make sure that all your questions are answered and brings up things that are easily missed if you’re not in person. Ms. Stefania is very professional and knows how to get you a good deal and make your offer stand out and up your chances of getting picked, especially in this market.

Experiencia fantástica: Stefania helped us buy our first home and sell it when we move away from NJ several years later. Stefanie is extremely responsive and honest. She is very ethical and adheres to expectations for realtors. She helped us navigate buying our first home with ease. When it was time to sell we immediately went back to Stefania and were not disappointed. She gave us feedback on how to prepare our home for sale and helped us navigate several offers. If we ever move back to NJ we would definitely utilize Stefania again!

Experiencia fantástica: Stefania is a pleasure to work with. She listens well and doesn't take much for her to get it. Stef went over and above to provide excellent customer service. Experiencia fantástica: When we decided to list our home, we immediately thought of Stefania. She visited our home, shared what was going on in our local market, and had our house in attorney review (with an "over asking" offer) in less than 48 hours! Stefania was responsive and very communicative throughout the entire process and shared her professional experience when we asked. I highly recommend using Stefania whether you are buying or selling. Look no further, she truly has your best interest in mind!

Experiencia fantástica: Stefania was a pleasure to work with. She was very professional and responsive. We couldn't of asked for better service.

Experiencia fantástica: Every time we sold a house, we interviewed at least three realtors, task that we didn’t like. Stefania was the first realtor that came to the house when we decided to sell our first house in New Jersey. She looked at the whole house and told us in a professional and respectful way what we needed to do in order to have a successful sale before putting the house on the market. She had sold four houses in my neighborhood in a matter of days at an amazing higher amount than the sale price. Needless to say that as soon as she left the house, we decided that she was our realtor✨ She sold our home in two days with ten plus offers higher than the sale price. She sat with us for several hours to help us decide which candidate was the best choice and after we decided, she fulfilled her promise to help us in every step of the sale. We couldn’t believe how hard is to sale a house in NJ and Thanks to Stefania, we successfully sold our house. She always answered our calls, didn’t matter if she was in a conference call. I can say that Stefania is the best and that we are very grateful for her professionalism and respect. Thank you Stefania!! Nancy Padilla

Experiencia fantástica: I have known and been a neighbor of Stefania for almost 23 years! She has always been very supportive in defending the community from everything proposed that would have adversely effected our quality of life. When I decided to sell my home last year, she was the one and only realtor I ever considered. During the process of selling my home she was there every step of the way, from start to finish. My home listed on a Friday and by Sunday I had multiple viewings that resulted in several offers.
