Experiencia fantástica: Me and my family like the professionalism and efficiency of Brandon from Metro Realty Corp for our renting case. We found what we wanted, and our case wasn't a piece of cake. We had an extensive email discussions, i think about 50+ emails were sent back and forth. We had the answers to all our questions, and we had many of those (as we came from Europe and many things here are very different). Communication-wise Brandon is friendly and is liked by my small daughters as well. We had several points of negotiation with landlord via Brandon, including parking and guarantor and we are very satisfied. He also gave good advises about how to enroll our kids to school (what paper work is need etc). The contract is counter-signed and we're moving to apt soon, but he's still helping us as part of "after-sale" service.

He worked over time to make sure that I was able to get into a place, submit the application and ensure that our place was secured. He was responsive no matter the time, and clearly cared about making this all work out. Without his efforts, I would still be searching for a place in the tough Boston rental market. Now I am in a perfect spot for my budget and needs. That only happened because Brandon hustled to make it all happen and I can't thank him enough for it.

Experiencia fantástica: Our son found a job in Massachusetts however we live in another state. We only had a few short weeks to find an apartment for him. We were so very fortunate to work with Metro Realty Corp and Brandon was the best broker. We worked with 3 other realtors but there was no comparison, Brandon was professional, knowledgeable and VERY responsive! He found the right apartment at the right price and we could not have been more pleased with his service. Thank you Metro and Brandon!

Experiencia fantástica: Brandon was excellent to work with when I was looking for a place to live. Personally, my favorite part of working with him was his friendly attentiveness and outstanding flexibility in making sure the leasing process went as quickly and smoothly as possible. In particular, three aspects stood out: (1) I had to look for a place remotely and he was able to accommodate to my situation with my preferred app (as opposed to me having to download an app that I did not normally use) – this made viewing the different properties I was considering much easier for me to assess; (2) he provided informed answers to all my questions and in the event a question could not be answered immediately, he quickly followed up with an answer when he had one; and (3) he kept me well-informed on what to expect in terms of next steps, such as who will be sending me what and when I should expect those materials. Honestly, he made the process of finding a place that fit my needs effortless, which I cannot express enough appreciation for. Overall, I would highly recommend Brandon if you need a realtor.

He is prompt for visits, was honest about the apartment he was showing, and is a tremendous advocate on both ends (for the landlord and for the renter). Can't say enough! Experiencia fantástica: I was moving from New York to Boston and had no clue where to start. To be honest I don’t trust brokers and had a hard time finding a place without one. Brandon reached out when I found an apartment but it was already taken. Maybe a week or so later I get a email regarding another place in which met all the criteria I mentioned to him earlier. Fast forward to me nonstop emailing him (no really, almost 8 straight hours) and I ended up getting the place. He was a trooper because I was so nervous finding a place and not seeing it due to COVID as well as me being in New York. Brandon changed my perspective on brokers and I’m happy to report I’m living in a great apartment because of him!

Experiencia fantástica: Brandon did a great job helping me find an apartment in Boston in a very short timeframe. I needed to relocate for work within a month's time and after giving Brandon the information about what I was looking for he was able to put together a long list of places to visit and spent an entire day taking me around to visit all the locations. He made the lease process as easy as possible and within a few days I had a signed lease and was able to make moving plans. I would highly recommend Brandon, he was highly professional and made my apartment search as close to stress free as possible.

Experiencia fantástica: Brandon was highly professional, friendly, and worked hard to help me find an apartment. He keeps commitments and is prompt in delivering documents, making the process as simple as possible. I had a lot of questions about the unique beast that is the Boston market, and Brandon's openness was refreshing, especially compared to some experiences I've had with brokers in the past. Highly recommended, Brandon is a good guy.
