My wife and I are relocating from the Los Angeles area to south Snohomish county, to be near our daughter and her fiance. Aaron was a referral from our Keller-Williams listing agent in CA, and we initially met him via FaceTime. It only took a conversation or two to feel totally comfortable with him. I also wanted to sell my condo to tap into the equity I built up over the last eight years. Living alone was getting me down and I wanted to travel. I had just worked out with my daughter to work on my will and last rights. I was then faced with finding a good real estate agent to see if I could get enough out of the price to fund some travel and find a lower-priced region of the world to live in. I asked my daughter to help me find a real estate agent. Really, I was terrified to think of all the things I faced. She lived in Georgia but she was able to search the country and was able to find an agent near my condo in Everett Washington. We had a great first meeting with Aaron Byrne at my condo. He was a good listener and made numerous suggestions and pointed out that he worked with a group of contractors that could enhance my property, including finding low-cost appliances to replace the worn units in my condo. He also suggested I replace the worn rugs, as well as the damaged hardwood floors. He also organized and worked with painters who were very professional. He also facilitated getting heavy items like tables and furniture in and out of storage. He was a great manager dealing with all the fine details of making the sale go through smoothly. All the work and effort worked out well and contributed to getting our sale price accepted with little help from me.
