When I bought the house 21 years ago it was a very simple process taking only a day or so for the formalities. Things have gotten hugely more complicated and without he and his firm's staff I would never been able to navigate all of the required steps with just an average realtor. Someone in his agency or Michael was instantly available to answer the most trivial question and offer encouragement.
