Experiencia negativa: The two properties that I looked at were not even in condition to be rented, tape over holes in the walls, Another with broken window frames that. You can put your fingers through? Not to mention the bug carcasses in the bathtub of the last one I looked at probably committed suicide! The place was that bad, it smelled terrible and I cancelled my appointment to look at another one today because it would be a waste of my time. This company got in touch with the Organization that helps Veterans find homes and pressuring me into taking this review down, I refuse to take it down and in fact I will keep adding to it if they want to play that hand. The places they showed me and expected me to rent from them were total dumps, they better never try pressuring me into removing things people have a right to know! Michelle would you like to ask me to take this review down again? I'll get this on the news if you want to mess with me.

Experiencia negativa: I'm a proud veteran. My wife and I rented from them for about a year and half, we kept telling that the tub was bad, but all they did was say it's fine. We pointed out that every time we took a shower the floor of the tub was spongy and there was a crack in it. All they did was put some caulking over the crack and put expandable foam underneath the tub, which was a quick fix. And when we started to have issues with other tenants they really didn't do anything about it. It seemed like all they wanted was rent money and nothing else. We finally got a letter from them about our security deposit and they charged us $50 to clean the tub, $50 to clean the vanity, $50 to clean the fridge, and $50 to patch a hole I accidentally put in the wall because we had window a/c unit. While we were renting from them they charged us $81.65 for the tub drain being clogged and the clog was only half way taken out. When we did property maintenance we didn't charge the tenant, when we would charge them would be if it was reoccurring. I would recommend don't rent from them and the maintenance personnel is rude to the tenants.

We do want to address a few things for anyone reading. The tub concern was inspected and repaired by our maintenance team — while we understand the outcome wasn't what you were hoping for, the issue was addressed and remedied.
We also looked into the concerns you raised about other residents at the time. For privacy reasons, we generally don't discuss the details or outcomes of those situations, but we want to be clear that any concern brought to us is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
Our move-out process is built around transparency. Every resident receives a Repair Cost List at move-in so they know exactly what to expect if items are left unclean or damaged. The charges on your move-out statement — cleaning of the tub, vanity, and refrigerator, and a wall patch — reflected the condition of the unit and are standard on that list. The drain service during your tenancy was billed per lease terms for a resident-caused clog.
We are sorry your overall experience didn't meet your expectations. We genuinely wish you and your wife the best going forward.

And she also has advocated for me to be able to rent from them again at one point. This company believes in helping people and second chances and I appreciate that. You don’t find that just anywhere.

Experiencia negativa: They gotten me kicked off housing "stating I never let the housing ppl in to fix certain issues an stated my dog bite a man an lied about me to housing authority an took me to an saying I owe back rent court an never gave me my deposit back and I left the place spotless never rent from them they are nothing but liars or just predigous.it takes them for ever to fix things an the windows had air coming thru the winter an told them an nothing was done about it always cold ..
Experiencia negativa: Michelle is extremely rude and doesn't get back to you in a timely manner. She does not care if the house has issues that need fixing, such as no AC or leaky windows. Christie does try better than Michelle, but they are both sub-par at best. Avoid CC Properties at all cost!!!!

Experiencia negativa: If I could leave a -2 stars I would. We ended up getting a house that was in poor condition, the basement would flood every time it rained ( we had no where else to go) we had complained about this many times to them (nothing was ever done) but another REALLY BIG ONE, we had asked about snow removal many many times since we were told it would be taken care of and I SLIPPED AND FELL while I was 6 months pregnant with my son and all I got was poor excuses. We moved out had cleaners and looked it over myself and it was in BETTER condition then we moved in, they told us over and over again we would get our deposit back “next week” and after months of asking they tell us they needed to take it all and use it for repairs but could not come up with anything when asked what repairs and then they started to ignore us but instead of arguing we just let our money go, now almost 5 years later I get something in the mail that we didn’t pay rent for almost a year? They don’t care about you they just want your money. That’s why so many of us got papers in the mail, to bad we will probably never see any proof. I would never trust this company EVER.

THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK!!!!! Even if you let them know you are willing to rent around a $1400 budget from them! AVOID THEM! *Edited response to company comment* I absolutely reviewed the correct company, on 4/28 I had an over 2 minute phone call with I believe his name was Sam. The basis of my inquiry was pertaining to Lead, wanting to know when a property was built (he said he’d have to look into it and get back to me) and needing to find a property that would be lead free. I let him know he could call or text me back after checking the year the property I initially reached out about was built or with any information or other listings available that would be lead free that would fit in my budget that he even asked me about. I was never contacted back. I will not be changing my review.

When the initial property owner backed out, they fought for me to get the lease agreement early termination fee from the property owner then found me a great place within days. Easy to work with and responsive. I highly recommend!!

Experiencia negativa: Contacted them to take care of a issue with one of their tenants and they claim to have reached out to them but yet the cat liter is still on my property for well over a month. If your looking for a property management company look elsewhere. They don't take care of anything like they say they will. It would also be nice if you could talk to them on the phone but only respond to text messages.

Experiencia negativa: I just got served with what I owed after being gone over 2 years from that place. Instead of calling me and letting me know they took it to small claims.
We actually chose to not send any files to collections last year due to the impact of covid on so many people. That extra time gave people a chance to get their bills paid within time frames that worked given their situations. Unfortunately, we cant extend that courtesy indefinitely.

Experiencia negativa: I’m very disappointed in Michelle’s lack of communication. I had reached out to her regarding the pet policy for a property on 8/7 and I was sent to the voicemail so I shot her a text. She told me that she will check with the owners the following day. Fast forward to 8/12 and I still haven’t heard anything. So I shoot her another phone call and almost instantly she sends me to voicemail. Then she proceeds to text me that pets are allowed. Alright fantastic. So my friends and I who wanted to see the property finally set up the viewing for 8/13. The morning of she shoots me another text informing that the property has now been rented. Seriously? I’ve been attempting to make contact for 6 days...
Hi Anthony, I'm sorry the response time back and forth was delayed. The house you are referencing was advertised with the owner’s preference of no pets. Your pet inquiry required us to contact the owner whom is stationed outside of the country currently and has an 8-hour time difference. The owner has been traveling for work and it took a few days to get an answer. We received 50 calls, texts and inquiries about this house and while we may be seeking an answer for one person we are also actively showing and reviewing applications daily during the week. I completely understand the disappointment that a house is no longer available, and I understand the market is tight with places available. We do have another property that will be coming available that will accept pets within a short time frame and should you be interested we welcome you to fill out an application on our website at ccproperties.net. When it's available we can set up a showing right away and you can see it that may fit what you and your friend are looking for.
